The customer service and repsonse time when I have questions or issues has been the best part about this platfrom. They have even been very willing and responsive to my feature suggestions and feedback. Also, the integration with ZOHO was why we swithed to klenty and it has been awesome to have a seamless integration where everything carries over from Klenty to the CRM how you would eant/expect it to from a tool like this. Klenty offers advanced and adaptive technology at the good price to offer a tool which help you automate multiple touch points to your prospects like: Sending emails, Connecting on LinkedIn and calling them.
