They've done a cracking job at making it really easy to create contracts and make edits to those contracts afterwards. I'm always impressed at how easy it is to make changes and adjust formatting - something Ironclad sucked at. Recipients still don't make comments in the platform frequently enough. I don't know if this is a Juro problem per-se but it would be helpful if they did. I still receive too many word docs back via email with comments.
When comments are left in Juro, it's hard to know where they are. You can't click them in the pop-up that appears and have to scroll through to find them. Maybe this is user error but I've tried to figure it out and can't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Juro has really a wide array of features and contract rules and customization that really help streamline the contracting process and saves time from both legal and sales teams. We use it as own source main legal tool, and it's templates are easy to use for our sales teams while allowing good control of contracts by legal and finance. I cannot express how great the Team at JURO has been to work with. We went into the project understaffed without time to commit and the implementation team has been so kind, understanding and patient and willing to work with us, refresh out memory and take all the time necessary to ensure our templates are working properly.

Juro has proven to be a great solution for us. As head of the legal and compliance functions, I particularly appreciate how it allows us to customize tags of contracts so that we can generate reports and efficiently manage risks. The user interface and ability to structure the uploading of contracts as a question & answer flow has been very well received from the team for whom UX is really important.

Using Juro as our CLM tool has changed the game for our legal team. Implementation was excellent – Juro’s onboarding team assisted us in setting up template contracts, defining workflows, and setting up a repository for easy reference. Each of our contract stakeholders (including counsel) has increased visibility into contract terms and status. Juro's customer support is always fast to respond and deliver solutions. Our teams now primarily work out of Juro as a sole source of contract information, which has increased as our partnership has grown since the initial implentation. Self-contained platform that can deal with most everything within the life of a contract, from initial drafting, through communications with other parties (be they internal or from outside the organisation), to final execution and storing. Some of the steps involved within the processing of a contract could be improved, as they are not 100% easy to understand, but this experience could be down to the way my organisation's legal processes are setup. Juro helped us to streamline the contract negotiation and signature process. It makes it easy for us when creating a document using templates and collaborative tools with other team members, and it also makes it easy for the customer to review, comment, suggest, fill out, and sign the document. The implementation is pretty much "instant" and customer support is FLAWLESS, they reply in no time and really make sure we are taking all the advantage possible from the tool. As an Australian-based business, we were aware that support is only available outside our business hours when we signed up. One challenge I’ve encountered is that external parties are often reluctant to use Juro from the beginning of contract negotiations through to signing. Many companies still prefer working with Word documents rather than utilizing a platform like Juro, which allows for seamless end-to-end contract management. The best feature for our organization is the template feature. It allows you to create contract templates and define rules for how the contract can be filled out. Tracking renewals is not a built-in feature as we anticpated when we signed up. Juro allows you to manually set reminder notifications based off a date. However, this is a one-time thing. So you cannot be reminded every year if that's the renewal term.
