We’ve been using GRIN for almost a year now and have been able to scale our influencer program through the platform. The search tool is easy to use and it’s simple to manage the content creator relationships. We also appreciate the ability to create program landing pages without requiring any of our Dev resources to do complex coding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform is a bit complicated to navigate in terms of sorting influencers by the amount of interaction you’ve had with them. It’s a manually process to make sure you’re updating their status correctly or else you could end up sending the wrong notices to people. Also, many creators do not understand that they need to uploads their assets to GRIN, so managing their deliverables becomes a bit difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Before Grin, our brand did not have an affiliate program. We were able to build and scale the program easily and effectively. Our ROI is consistently positive after 5 months of using the platform. Very user friendly and easy to learn. The support team responds quickly and has been able to help with every question/ issue so far. Very easy to integrate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We found it difficult to use the activations tool for paid influencer campaign management because influencers (especially those with agents) are reluctant to submit activations and connect their accounts. I think there is room for improvement in the reporting as well. It gives you everything you need, but would level up with more KPIs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
GRIN is a game-changer for managing influencer campaigns from start to finish. I use it every day to streamline the entire process—allowing me to contract, brief, and pay influencers seamlessly in one place. One of my favorite features is the detailed date metrics for gifting campaigns, which provide valuable insights to optimize performance. Plus, their customer support team is incredibly helpful and quick to respond, making the experience even smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Coming from TRIBE DYNAMICS, I feel there are features that could improve GRIN’s ease of use. For example, Tribe automatically pulls in creators’ TikTok content, which significantly streamlines reporting. If the content isn’t auto-pulled, you can simply upload a link instead of an MP4 file, saving even more time.
I also wish GRIN handled duplicate profiles more effectively when uploading CSV files. With Tribe, I never encountered duplicate profiles during this process, whereas GRIN doesn’t always recognize them properly. Additionally, there’s no way to filter for duplicates within the system, which would be a helpful feature for managing the community.
Another feature I miss is the ability to pull in creator content even if they aren’t tied to a specific activation. In Tribe, if a creator was in our community, their content would still be included in our overall EMV score, providing a more comprehensive view of our overall influencer impact. GRIN is probably one of the best tools on the market for influencer marketing. It's super easy to use and very user-friendly. I'm able to organize numerous campaigns across many clients with just a few clicks. I really enjoy their reporting features when presenting data to my clients. Also, whenever I have an issue, I'm able to contact customer service and they always respond in a timely and friendly manner. I use GRIN every day for work and I seriously can't imagine my life without it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a few issues with the GRIN that can be annoying or clunky at times. Thankfully the GRIN custom service team is always working to elevate user experiences, and super responsive to messages whenever a bug is hindering the GRIN experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It makes the management of influencer partnerships, contracts, content and analytics so easy. I have everything all in one place and I can stay on top of outstanding projects and see how delivered content is performing. GRIN helps me track and report on the ROI of influencer partnerships, giving our leadership team validation for our influencer marketing efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is very little to say about what I dislike about GRIN since it makes my life so much easier. The one issue I have had in the past, though, is the Creators' inability to deliver content through the platform so it's usually done via WeTransfer or Google Drive. GRIN has been a total game-changer for managing our affiliate program. The platform makes it so easy to stay on top of everything—from onboarding new affiliates to tracking their performance and campaigns. The reports are detailed and intuitive, giving us all the insights we need to measure ROI and make informed decisions.
We also love how seamless it is to track affiliate links and payouts, which saves us tons of time and effort. GRIN keeps everything organized in one place, so we can focus on building relationships with influencers and growing our brand.
Highly recommend it to anyone looking to streamline and supercharge their affiliate program! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a few small things that could make the platform even better. For instance, certain influencer content stats don’t track quite the way we’d like, and there are a couple of features we wish were included to align better with our needs. However, these are minor inconveniences and definitely not deal-breakers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Grin has been instrumental in scaling our influencer program and justifying increased spend. Through it's tracking and reporting capabilites we have been able to measure our growth and report sales increases like never before. By utilizing an "all in one" platform, multiple people can work with influencers and reference past campaigns, communications, sales, and more! We've been using grin now for over 3 years daily. It can be frustrating to use Grin for long term partnerships that renew at the end of term. Unless you remove them from the activation and restart them, it doesn't automatically trigger things like payments when content is posted. Making the work more manual than before. We have been in contact with Grin's support team about this and have feature requests in the works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
GRIN has been a game-changer in keeping me organized. The ability to track conversations, manage product sizes, and store addresses in one place has streamlined my workflow. Building campaigns is incredibly seamless, and the payment process is straightforward. Having everything centralized in a single platform is exactly what I’ve been looking for. A special shoutout to Quinn and Becca for their fantastic support in providing valuable opportunities for Superfeet as a brand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While GRIN has many strengths, there are areas where it could improve:
Social Listening Tools and Brand Awareness Reporting: Adding these features would elevate GRIN's capabilities and provide deeper insights into campaign impact.
Product Feature for Influencers: I didn’t get to fully utilize this feature, often resorting to placing orders manually. I’m hopeful that switching to Shopify will make this process easier and better integrated. We moved to Shopify last year.
Agency Collaboration Tools: As I work with agencies to help manage our influencers, it would be great to have a dedicated space within GRIN to track metrics and streamline collaboration.
Reporting Tools: While the current reporting is functional, I’d love more visually appealing and comprehensive options to better showcase results to senior leadership.
Overall, GRIN has been an invaluable tool for managing partnerships and campaigns, and I look forward to seeing how it evolves to address these areas of improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how streamlined the campaign management process is—it’s super convenient to organize everything in one place. The tools for tracking influencer collaborations and managing workflows are pretty comprehensive, which really helps save time and keep things running smoothly. The creator search definitely needs to be more robust; sometimes it feels like the options are too limited. The website could also use a refresh to make it more user-friendly—it’s not the easiest to navigate at times. Plus, I’ve noticed that the overall quality of creators available on the platform isn’t as high as it used to be, which is a bit disappointing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My favorite tool from GRIN is the creator search. It is so helpful to be able to search for creators and filter different items. I also love being able to create email templates and start sequences. I also enjoy how I can create different tags on my prospects and change the relationship status, this is so helpful and keeps my prospects and creators organized. One thing I wish GRIN would incorporate is a feature where you could send a Instagram DM through GRIN. I would love to see a feature where you can create DM sequences, as you can do for emailing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
