Although GRIN supports finding content creators, it has not been as effective as I thought. For me it has been more effective to use other platforms like Newbook to find talent. Where GRIN really hits the mark is the fact that I can handle negotiations, contract management, and content all in one place. It is really nice to be able to do all of this in one place. Setting up the different activations is super easy and very customizable, which is very helpful in organization of influencers. It can be a lot to get an activation set up which isn't an inherent issue that GRIN is responsible for, but once it's set up, use is a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Where GRIN struggles is in its creator recruitement and the overall cost of the software. Curated lists and creator search are costly and haven't yielded any results for us as a brand. I am still spending a lot of time sourcing creators outside of the platform. Additionally, the cost for a platform that markets itself as an all-in-one creator platform is a bit tough when the recruitment functions don't really work. Also, if you're a brand that works with a large amount of creators, it's a lot of work to activate/deactivate creators to stay within your limit, which also can affect reporting (a warning that pops up when you go to deactivate a creator).
