I can view all policies without going in and out of different pages.I can open a page on a new tab and work on both without the program freezing. I can pull reports on the program itself and don't need a seperate system. I can attach to multiple policies. I can remove policies or notes made in error. It is user friendly and they provide so many resources for training and understanding. They have excellent customer service. Wonderful to have everything in one place, I use it everyday and it is my main platform. Almost everything I need downloads and it makes things a lot easier to be able to just log on to one website and see everything I need. Once you get used to the system, it is very easy to use. Use it as a personal lines account manager, every day I check my alerts to see what policies have expired and I use it to check my suspense to see what policies I need to follow up on. AMS 360 is a popular agency management system (AMS) and is by the brokerage that I work for. The key features that we use is policy management. I use it daily for billing, creating certificates and other various acord forms. I always keep a record of all email communications and store policy documents. It has a built in ledger to keep track of all financial transaction. I learned the system very fast on my own without any training and I highly recommend it to anyone in the insurance business. I would like to see an integration with a calling system in which I can track all outgoing and incoming calls relating to the policy.

I wish the suspense feature allowed you to upload files and was a little more involved/modernized that you could use for all service work/to-do lists. I also wish suspenses didn't have to be manually entered and that you could drag and drop emails to begin to create a new suspense or forward an email to create a suspense for a particular client. - It's user friendly for some features, you can adjust the layout according your preferrence.
- It features with more integration after the policies are bound so you can work on the same platform.
- I like it is more organized to manage client profiles and policies, I use suspense frequently for follow-up.

- The fields are not specific when creating client account. For example: Gender, Multi-address , Driver License State, these fields should be included in the client account
- Contacts and Dependents should be combined , because it is not showing "Dependents" in the summary option
- When set up suspense alerts, it's not sync to suspense when you complete alerts.
- It's not automatically showing "Expired" in the status when the policies are expired which cause more time to manager policy status, though there's an option to view "Active" policies in the view option but it's not the way I am looking for, I don't want to change the view option back and forth.
- Suspense should be able to attach files as suspense is one-time task only, it doesn't need to creat an Activity to keep the file and recipient will need to see the doc. separately Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
AMS360 is helpful because there are many tasks available right from the customers file such as printing, emailing, or signing documents through docusign. You have access to reports and can create proposals. Download is great because the information is automatically in our system from the company. I love reference connect too. AMS is very limited regarding sales reporting and geared more towards commercial business. For primary P&C offices this system is not intuitive or easy to use.
Training was difficult with being taught multiple ways to do the same task, which in many cases ended up being the wrong process all together.
Data imports shut down the system every other weekend. This is super inconvenient for agencies that work past 5PM or weekends.
The system feels out of date even with consistant updates.
Work flows are non existant, commission downloads are inconsistant and even after setting up correct commission splits downloads will come through and knock them out. Agents have been paid incorrectly.

How detailed you can be with activities (link to the exact policies, dates, categorization, notes, and attaching files/emails/etc). Also great to see Dec pages if needed. The dated appearance overall doesn't make it super easy to learn or a very quick system to figure out. Also, there's almost too many options available all at once and within the same one screen (as far as actions you can do), it's a bit overwhelming & definitely adds to the difficulty in learning the system and takes away from overall user friendliness. AMS360's features are comprehensive. It allows for the management of customers, employees, companies, vendors, and brokers, and has a suspense/followup system. It provides policy tracking including endorsements, renewals and cancellations, accounting, document management and reporting. It integrates well with companies for download and upload in some instances. It also integrates with ancillary software to make an agent's job easier. Many of the integratable programs work with it's single sign on option. It is very user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't anything I really dislike. I would recommend a way to search activities easily by keywords. We work around this by printing the activity report into a CSV and searching there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think that AMS 360 is user friendly, and the screens are easy to read, and find the information that you are looking for while on a call with an insured. I previously worked at another agency that used AMS 360, and utilized ImageRight as well, and in particular, that was the easiest and smoothest documentation system that I have used. It was quick and easy to document, and very simple to find documentation later on if it had been done properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
