Love the Versatility

|Smartsheet
We use Smartsheet for a variety of forms needed within our work. The automation process is helpful as some of our tasks require approval from different levels of management. I appreciate the ability to resend the information from a form should the required approval is missed. There are different ways to export the data. I have also worked with templates for forms that we use year over year. We are beginning to work on the data shuttle feature.

Have used for 10 years and could not imagine life without it

The way we can use it as an all encompassing information gathering is invaluable. Very intuitive and so customizable to any need or situation. The Portals and reports feeding off of sheets are amazing.
