Smartsheet helps us keep track of our operations processes and procedures. There are a ton of different ways you can use the platform, and my favorite part is how user-friendly it is for beginners like myself. We use Smartsheet daily, and it's easy to implement among our staff. I wasn't present when it was first integrated into our process, but I can't imagine how much more difficult it would be to keep track of our day-to-day schedule without it. The features we use range from task management spreadsheets to keeping track of expenses. We also get consisted updates from customer support regarding new features and how to use them. 10/10!

I like that it provides a variety of templates to get you started and you dont have to create something from scratch. We also like the ability to share sheets with guest users and not have to pay for additional licenses or fees.
