I like the ease of running payroll through the app on RUN Powered by ADP. It's great because it operates with just a click of a button, making the process seamless and without any issues. And right away, it tells me the cash required, which I can send to accounting, making it all very easy. The best thing about ADP is their customer service. You can call and talk to a real person, and I've always gotten someone who doesn't need to transfer me around. They know everything, whether it's a tax question or standard payroll.

It's very user friendly. Easy to navigate, fast and provides "help" tools that actually do help! Plus, their chat feature for help/customer support is amazing! I can get questions answered quickly without having to pick up the telephone.
