I would like to auto-assign licensing to all new hires. Is there a way to set this up?

Does anyone know how to set course regulation minimum time limits for State regulations? Milestones do not do it. We have mandates and need intervals to open up exams based on the date of enrollment. Not sure if there is a recommended outsourced API available for this?

The IRS tables are fairly static, and since our corporation pays 100% on behalf of the employee, all of the required inputs exist on the platform; yet we still wrestle with manual errors that seem completely unnecessary. Thanks!

The layout is hard to navigate using a mobile phone

I saw I can only edit text or the CSS file but I'm not good with programming. I'm preformatting all of the messages that come out of the events engine and I was wondering if there's anything that's a better approach than me just copying and pasting code hoping it doesn't break!

I don't want to configure multiple ILT courses for course that is delivered on given days of the week. I need to only configure the ILT course once and it must be repeatable on multiple days.

I work with several clients and have to log in to each one. As a user such as myself it would be nice if I could select another company in which I have access, from the change directory function instead of having to log in to each one.

The Labor Allocation Summary by date range report is still available but the "Payroll Run" version was so much easier to run and provided the specific information I needed.

It seems crazy to have to terminate the employee in one company and re-enter all the employee's information in the affiliate company losing the history (pay, salary, etc.) and documents (incl. I-9).

I am always experimenting with ways to make the platform work harder for my clients. I would love to see courses developed by others, (beyond the marketplace) to share ideas and design configuration.

The only way I know to describe it is like with a paper manual it seems to be easier to get the big idea or see the bigger picture. It may be that I am still learning how to manage and organize the content.
