With managing our agreements, it was extremely easy to set up and get rolling with. Transitioning was a breeze and I found the support team extremely helpful in the process. Thank you. There were even 2 onboarding sessions with a talented engineer who knows the IT industry like the back of his hand. As equipes de suporte são incomparáveis. Elas trabalham arduamente nos bastidores e são muito honestas sobre as atualizações. A plataforma é fácil de implantar, fácil de usar e suporta tudo o que eu preciso. Tem um cronograma de atualizações agressivo. I love the ease and functionality of Naverisk's interface. Nothing onscreen looks jumbled or unnecessary. . All options and tabs are laid out beautifully and efficiently. I am a visual learner so using an interface that doesn't require clicking drop down option after drop down option WITH HIDDEN OPTIONS on HIDDEN PAGES makes Naverisk a godsend tool. :) Might I also add that I LOVE being able to create PROJECTS in Naverisk as it helps me to keep track of ALL client issues aside from tickets that have been created. I wish that Naverisk included an option where Sub Clients could be created under a PARENT client. I use Naverisk to mange computers at various credit unions. A few of these credit unions have different branches with different needs at these branches.
