It helps me to keep track of all contracts including its approvals, review stage, versions, attachments as well as manage the contracts after signing. There are a lot of restrictions that cannot be changed in order to fit our business model. For example, the submission of multiple contracts at once. Many times our contracts come with various schedules and annexes that require signing as well. It is also confusing for so many documents to be uploaded onto different requests when they are meant to be together with the main contract. Even if they do not require signing, after review, we usually upload the attachments back into the same section which may be confusing for users when they are unable to identify which version should be downloaded.
