I wish there were more social platform choices. It is relatively limited right now so while *most* of my social platforms are now all in the same place with Hootsuite making it easier, there are still a couple social platforms (like Snapchat Ads and Google Business for me personally) that I still find myself having to go to individually to post or create ad campaigns. I like how I can compile quick reports of social media accounts to see how they are doing over a period of time. I dont have to worry about going into each account and pulling stats that are apples to apples because Hootsuite does it for me. I have been working with social media for years, and wish I had HootSuite years ago. It simplified my workload considerably. The amount of social networks it connects to is a big plus. One of my favorite features is when I upload several photos to a carousel on Instagram, whether they're different sizes, Hootsuite handles that and makes sure theyre all presented well on Instagram's end, no photos are cut off or cropped wrongly.

I didnt think that this software would become such integral part of my workload but I find myself using it several times a week.
