Seja como for, por que não existia há 20 anos! sempre tive essa ideia de uma plataforma de marketing tudo-em-um, mas era muito caro construí-la sozinho ou até mesmo contratar desenvolvedores para fazê-lo. Agora, por apenas uma fração, é acessível para pequenas agências boutique, bem como grandes agências, o que, no final das contas, simplifica os processos internamente. Embora, esta não seja uma plataforma que fará você ganhar milhões, a menos que você trabalhe nela. Ninguém fará as flexões por você. Não é ciência de foguetes construir uma plataforma AIO e mantê-la competitiva, mas ciência de foguetes será saber como e as direções que VOCÊ, como uma agência ou revendedor SaaS, fará para que ela funcione. The system they have to get help used to be better but I think they had to change it because of the huge influx of customers they have. I was unexpectedly contacted on a Sunday regarding a promotion ending that day. While I wasn't prepared to take this type of call, I still took it. The representative emphasized that it was my last chance to take advantage of the offer, even though I explained that my team and I were still uncertain about using the platform.
The rep reassured me by stating that we could cancel anytime, which gave me some confidence to move forward despite not having had the chance to explore the platform. I agreed to charge the card on file based on the price we discussed on the call. However, when I checked the charge, I was shocked to see that it was more than double what was discussed.
This experience feels misleading and unprofessional. If cancellations are truly allowed anytime, why the urgency to pressure customers on a Sunday? And why was the charge so much higher than agreed?
