One of the reasons I selected Cision was the ease of the platform and the simple user experience. It was streamlined, organized, and super easy to use. CisionOne is chaotic and visually overwhelming. Even the alert emails are far more difficult to read. If it isn't broken, don't fix it and the old Cision was not broken. I have recommended Cision for years to peers but this new user experience is not anything worth recommending. I will be evaluating a new option at the end of my contract. We have used Cision for our media monitoring and outreach for several years, and have recently transitioned to CisionOne. The Cision team was great in training and assisting us in a smooth transition.
