I like the simplicity of being able to use it to track opens, clicks, and quickly log everything in Salesforce. Combine that with being able to keep track of tasks all inside my gmail and this is a great tool. Análise coletada por e hospedada no G2.com.

Easy integration with Gmail. The Customer Service team has always been very responsiveness. Ability to edit salesforce records, opportunities, etc from gmail window is extremely helpful and improves rep time management. The calendar feature is extremely easy to use and very beneficial to schedule meetings without the back and forth.
