The things I appreciate most about Airbase are all related to how much automation is built in, which saves me from doing most of the manual work typically involved with submitting expense reports and managing virtual credit card activity. The fact that all I need to do is forward receipts to my account is a game-changer. Airbase will automatically match those receipts to the right virtual card, or will fill out all of the relevant expense data leaving me to just group and sumbit the expense report. I find Airbase very straightforward/intuitive. I use it fairly often, and it takes me only a few minutes to submit large reports for reimbursement. And the approvals process seems easy as well.
