What do you like best about Zuora?

The new suite of services (such as workflows and data query) look to be super promising and I hope that they will allow us to streamline our business processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zuora?

Some of the basic things we'd like to do aren't built in features yet. Such as placing an exchange rate on an invoice without having to use their one offered solution (very pricey). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zuora solving and how is that benefiting you?

We work in a subscription environment, so Zuora has been key to us allowing our customers to provision and onboard to the platform as quickly as possible, while also allowing for dynamic use charges (by unit, per usage, etc) so that our customers have more flexibility in their choices. What do you like best about Zuora?

The best thing is the quote characteristics and the reports. I think that the functions of Zuora are very solid and work according to my requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer service is poor and the integration with Salesforce is very deficient and cumbersome. It lacks good integration characteristics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zuora?

Excellent program for large transactions. We also use Zuora CPQ to manage forms and compile quotes. It provides an extremely high speed of work. Normal personalization, it allows all users to create simple and functional ways to improve work. Quite easy to master this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zuora?

They have a nice step by step flow for users when creating a quote, but there's a lot of ability to customize the flow. It requires some knowledge of Apex and Visualforce, but there are certain things you can customize with just clicks, workflows rules, validation rules, etc. Any CPQ implementation is a huge project and this was no exception, but we had a lot of support from Zuora when we set it up. What do you dislike about Zuora?

They don't do a great job of letting you know of updates to the quoting package in Salesforce, and when you do know it can be a bit of a pain to upgrade to the new version. That sort of comes with the territory of so much of it being built natively in Salesforce though, so I'm not sure how else I'd do it. And although the quoting flow is pretty customizable, there are still a lot of things I'd like to see and wish I could customize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love this product because it lets our sales and CS reps manage and send their own order forms without a lot of room for error and without having to rely on a separate team to put together orders. That's huge! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zuora?
