What do you like best about Zuora?

I really like this program because through its different editions, it adapts to the needs of my company, it allows me to manage the different changes to be made to the products and their prices, as well as the administration of records and administration of taxes.

Zuora has an extraordinary technical support team, because I love that they had effective solutions that met our expectations and needs as a company, I also like that I can extract different reports, because that allows me to observe valuable data for my work meetings, plus that your billing system is very easy to use and is integrated with the sales team system. What do you dislike about Zuora?

In truth, there is nothing that I do not like about this program, however, in certain occasions when having so many options it is heavy, but after you get used to it, it is very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zuora solving and how is that benefiting you?

Thanks to Zuora, this system has been of great help to the company, specifically for our billing process, since previously, we presented faults when subscribing customers as well as price changes and others, but these problems were solved using this system.

It has also allowed our customers to be more satisfied, because when making purchases, billing is done easily and quickly, as well as benefiting our employees because they can work more comfortably and in less time, which It has generated greater benefits for both the work environment and financially. What do you like best about Zuora?

Since we started with Zuora Insinghts, our company has increased a level of productivity that really surprises us without counting that every step we take and the answers are positive, we always credit this software. It helps us solve basic problems and we achieve better bases for our marketing team.

What do you dislike about Zuora?

Since we use Zuora we can observe always positive responses, I have no major complaints. It is a very rigid product, and it clings a lot to its default version and it costs a lot to customize it or adapt it completely to the company, but outside of this I am aware that I would like to continue using it and of course I will continue to support this wonderful product . I recommend Zuora Insights because thanks to it we obtain innovative and essential results for our company, we improve our databases and try to increase better finances for our company with this software. What do you like best about Zuora?

The security behind this product is very well developed and can make clients feel safe. There is a ton of custom features with this software so help your company's billing products be easily integrated with Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zuora?

The entire user experience as well as client experience. I, along with every member on my sales team have lost multiple deals due to Zuora functionality not working. Software is extremely buggy, slow, and not the easiest to use. Clients experience a lot of the bugs and when they are putting their credit card or bank account information to spend thousands of dollars on your product, this is their first experience. The Zuora system not working. I have spent hours working with engineers trying to get client's payment information to work so I can simply close a deal. This system has caused so many issues and clients have walked away because of Zuora's lack of working properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Zuora:

Go with another system. On paper Zuora looks great, but in reality it will cause your whole sales team issues as well as your admin users who will need to spend a lot of time fixing bugs. What do you like best about Zuora?

After migrating from an internal billing system to a 3rd party billing solution that almost killed our company, we migrated to Zuora. Quite simply, it works and we look forward to adding different applications as we grow. At this point, we have a simple product offering and do not need RevPro. However, I envision we will one day so am glad that Zuora is ahead of my needs - not the other way around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zuora?

Once Zuora is implemented, it is quite easy to use and you can rely on it to work as expected. There's a decent amount of functionality that will work for most use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zuora's data structure is a complete mess, and it's difficult to integrate with other systems or to use its data for reporting. Don't take this criticism lightly. It can be extremely frustrating to deal with and doesn't scale well when a business grows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zuora?

Zuora is an ideal tool, a quick creation of all types of invoices and payments, in a simplified way, thanks to its redesigned and built-in templates, which are configured, all types of data, percentages and other necessary data to make payments and bills agilely. you need to have extensive experience in programs, accounting, sales or similar, for the correct use of this software, since its configuration is not as simple as it seems, and to give it an appropriate use, you must have experience with this type of Applications, for novice users, can be difficult to use. All billing is created in a digital way from the smallest to the largest payments, in this way you can automate many sales ares processes and get better results. What do you like best about Zuora?

There are areas where RevPro is still not matured enough like PS, Commisions and Royalty cost calculations. Yes, it does some part, but its not there for a customer to pick and choose as one tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would recommend Zuora RevPro to others who are looking to get on the latest standard for Revenue recgnision, but I would causion to really ask what you need and make sure the product deliver.
