What do you like best about Zuora?
Used by a some of the newer subscription based software startups. One of the best systems out there for recurring billing. Completely cloud based and integrated. Support for a number of common subscription based pricing schemes out of the box, which is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Zuora?
I've heard some non standard subscription items are hard to implement if not impossible, but the good news is there is support for a number of common subscription schemes out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zuora?
Finally a solution that easily understand recurring revenue, and subscription billing rather than one off tangible stock selling.
Also a SAAS solution which is great too Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Zuora?
Some complex subscriptions with one offs etc are more difficult to manage (but they always are) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zuora?
Completely cloud-based billing platform which includes a decent amount of common billing functionality - rate plans, products, bill runs, payment runs etc. Is generally very stable. Integrates closely with Salesforce.com and has quite an extensive API for integration needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Zuora?
Limited in terms of customisation. Does not really support UK Direct Debit yet and associated exception cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
