What do you like best about Zuora?
I have implemented ASC 606 w/ approximately 6 companies, and I have seen ARM, RevPro and SAP RAR. So far, RevPro has the most capabilities out of the products I have seen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Zuora?
Initially accounting for variable consideration (allocation) and material rights involved manual inputs, but I believe that this has been fixed in subsequent releases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zuora?
One reason I like Zuora is that the subscriptions are easily managed through amendments. The Zuora community also provides great resources for any type of information I may need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Zuora?
Having to file a ticket for every concern is counterproductive as often times I need the information rather quickly to resolve customer issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reporting is Easy and super user friendly. Zuora is perfect for any subscription business. The product is ever evolving too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No able to make line item payments and order modifications should be able ot be future dated on demand. This is already be accomodated for so big plus Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
