The subscription feature was based on a daily rate x month. And did not contemplate the annual model. so we can't modify the subscriptions according to this. Sometimes we had annual amounts, different than the contract amount.

If you can ensure training is available for everyone in the department regardless of whether they use it daily or not. The Workflow (Collections) add-on has helped with collections automation, allowing our specialists to spend more time interfacing with customers and solving their issues and less time composing and sending emails.
