What do you like best about Zuora?
I like how accurate and automatic the proration function is when it comes to subscription billing. I know that when the desired dates are in place my bill will be generated accurately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Zuora?
The payment rules can be restrictive if payments if payment was applied incorrectly and cannot be easily moved if needed. Many of the cash application is done manually and amendments must be made . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Poor ETAs from Support team.
Reporting is not robust, hard to customize the reports
