There was no ability to make/change multiple quotes at a time. I also disliked that Zuora did not use the latest SFDC contact release where you're able to associate a single contact to multiple accounts causing duplicate contacts to be created if the single contact owned multiple businesses. Unable to process flat payment amounts with remainder to a credit card. CBA application is difficult to follow through on customers with multiple subscriptions.
