Customer Service who answer cases. Not in same time zone and they close cases before really finding out if answer worked.

What do you like best about Zuora?

I enjoy the ability to review the platform through several search filters. The software is very user friendly and allows you to learn every day the more time you spend in the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find that the biggest struggle with my company today is linking Zuora to our ACH gateway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A few business problems we have solved with Zuora are combining multiple softwares into one. We have now rid of two other softwares including Auth.net and are working on getting rid of one more once we can pair our ACH gateway to Zuora. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zuora?

I like that it has a nice and clean user interface. Lots of reps have been complimenting on how easy it is to navigate and self explanatory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zuora?

There was no ability to make/change multiple quotes at a time. I also disliked that Zuora did not use the latest SFDC contact release where you're able to associate a single contact to multiple accounts causing duplicate contacts to be created if the single contact owned multiple businesses. What do you like best about Zuora?

I enjoy the ease of use and ability to adjust the recurring billing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zuora?

Unable to process flat payment amounts with remainder to a credit card. CBA application is difficult to follow through on customers with multiple subscriptions. Support takes too long to get back on issues. We have a couple of customers that will not print invoices due to volume of subscriptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
