It is a software that offers a really solid billing system to incorporate into different types of companies no matter how small or large they are. One of the things that I like about the program is that they add functionalities constantly so it is noticeable that its developers are constantly moving in order to make Zuora one of the best platforms in its field. Zuora does it's function of billing our customers. Zuora is pretty easy to manage on a daily basis. The reports and billing and payments runs are easy to review and audit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the biggest pet peeve is that when entering a new payment method for a customer there is no way to make that the default payment type without editing the account after you enter it. There should be a way to make a payment method the default when entering it in the system. There are other small things like this that make users frustrated on a daily basis. I really like this program because through its different editions, it adapts to the needs of my company, it allows me to manage the different changes to be made to the products and their prices, as well as the administration of records and administration of taxes.
Zuora has an extraordinary technical support team, because I love that they had effective solutions that met our expectations and needs as a company, I also like that I can extract different reports, because that allows me to observe valuable data for my work meetings, plus that your billing system is very easy to use and is integrated with the sales team system. Since we use Zuora we can observe always positive responses, I have no major complaints. It is a very rigid product, and it clings a lot to its default version and it costs a lot to customize it or adapt it completely to the company, but outside of this I am aware that I would like to continue using it and of course I will continue to support this wonderful product . The entire user experience as well as client experience. I, along with every member on my sales team have lost multiple deals due to Zuora functionality not working. Software is extremely buggy, slow, and not the easiest to use. Clients experience a lot of the bugs and when they are putting their credit card or bank account information to spend thousands of dollars on your product, this is their first experience. The Zuora system not working. I have spent hours working with engineers trying to get client's payment information to work so I can simply close a deal.
