If you can ensure training is available for everyone in the department regardless of whether they use it daily or not. The Workflow (Collections) add-on has helped with collections automation, allowing our specialists to spend more time interfacing with customers and solving their issues and less time composing and sending emails. Currently we do not have Revpro and therefore we struggle with the 606 recognition. We also have Zuora set up to recognize all revenue upfront which causes more work on the back end.
