The Zuddl interface is easy to navigate for event attendees and looks polished and professional. Where I believe they really shine is the strength of their connection to CRM, including their ability to process dynamic values in close to real time. I've worked with and evaluated several competitors, and none of them were able to provide anything close to what Zuddl could offer in their Salesforce sync Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have to dig deep to think of a downside. Occassionally they will release new features or updates that I'll have to dig into their knowledge base, or connect with a member of their team in order to ensure we are addressing the workflow change correctly. The Zuddl team has been a fantastic ally in building out a solution that fits the needs of our large annual conference. The product has evolved quickly from year to year. We have had the opportunity to utilize the Zuddl platform for all of our Catalyst conferences. The solution is straight forward to use and new features have rolled out on a regular cadence. We can stand up the core aspects of our conference within a few days of data input and quickly make adjustments as need be. Their Support team also responds extremely quickly as well. Integration for sessions or events within a conference to sync into an attendee's 3rd party calendar like Google, iCal, or Outlook. There is a native solution in Zuddl for an attendee to build their agenda of sessions they are attending but having this flow into their own calendar would be a valuable addition since sometimes attendees are setting up 1 on 1s with other attendees or needing to handle non-conference calendar events. That I can easily (and quickly) create registration pages, host one to many events with typed and F2F Q&A sessions and instantly access analystics. They are also very responsive if there's an issue or I need to know how to use new functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zuddle's webinar platform is pretty seamless once you learn the system. The customization elements are incredible. We love the calendar and scene saving features. The Zuddl team is always open to feedback and adding suggested components to their roadmap. Their customer service is top-notch - always available, accommodating and patient. I would have to say, hands down, the best thing about Zuddl are the people - if you're looking for unmatched customer service, look no further. Your dedicated account manager is helping you at every step of the way as well as an entire team to solve your organizational, scheduling, and technical issues.
Whether you're having a simple event or a complex summit, the number of features the tool has can be tailored to fit your needs. The interface is easy to use for anyone, whether you're familiar with event management tools or not.
Native integration with other applications, such as HubSpot, is a breeze - and because they're native, you don't have to deal with a third party connection that could cause an issue.

To be completely honest, there wasn't anything I disliked about Zuddl. If I ever had an issue, it was quickly resolved by the amazing customer support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform offers extensive customization options, especially for the registration process, allowing us to prioritize ticket types or the registration form as needed. We can easily implement backend logic or branching and add our preferred fonts and custom CSS for widgets.

We encountered challenges with uploading speaker images initially. Each image needed to be exactly 300x300 pixels to meet system requirements, which was a hurdle, but Zuddl has since improved by adding a cropping feature for image uploads.
Additionally, conflicts arose when multiple admins attempted to add speakers simultaneously, resulting in some missing uploads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
