Zoom is easily integrable with other software.so you can organize your schedule with calendly and create a meeting event. That means that after yous set your mail and your prefferd method of video call is zoom the Meting link is created atomatically to their email adresses after they book a meeting.May a meeting with apotential client for business or a seasoned client maybe.LIke for me i usually use it to communicate and schedule meetings with potential business owners who may be in dire need for solutions.
The menu is easy to use.especially on Android when the menu hangs at the bottom like a toolbar. The android team at zoom may have build the custom style to utilise the space to maximum and the design was perfectly fit to suit a zoomer" on the go!
Again a lot of businesses use zoom and zoom links which ease joining a meeting even without an account. So you may find yourself using zoom for meeting frequently that is bucaese zoom is widely used among the business community and taken as a convention to say so. Imagine, zoom does not forget user details. It will cache them automatically.Meaning that especially on android you dont have to login everytime you want to use zoom.Zoom will store your logins for once and for all, may be unless you decide otherwise.
Zoom is open source and integrating using the developers API plus a good documentation will always be up and ready for use. There are alot of plugins in the market thast are built apon the zoom api> for instace zoom is a co-architected with the video platform at upwork and is also installed on a slack workspace as a n add-on.
Zoom has great customer support who are there on several social platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn and X(previously Twitter). They will be always be there to handle problems associated to the use and integration issues. And to your surprise you can imagine that zoom is perfectly integrated and moulded to the extent that errors are rare at almost every time.No outages and blah! ... From an ESL educator’s standpoint, the best feature of Zoom Workplace is how PORTABLE the platform is. I can use the features such as, sharing a screen, collaborating into groups, and using a whiteboard that is live for students which in turn, keeps them active. It means that if a teacher has many students in the class, the platform provides a reliable option for communication.
Occasionally, I use the Zoom application in the classroom and blend it with another tool called ScreenPal. For instance, I record lessons using ScreenPal and when we are in the midst of the zoom lesson, share the recorded video of grammar tutorials or pronunciation drills. This allows me to make the most of lesson time and give students materials with which they can easily review Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One issue that I do not enjoy as an ESL educator is that the Zoom Workplace relies on internet connection. Interference with technical equipment is also a problem that may affect lessons and the teacher’s ability to get through to students. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I frequently use Zoom Workplace for remote meetings, and what stands out to me is how smooth the video conferencing experience is. The interface is straightforward, so I don’t have to waste time figuring things out. The screen sharing feature has been a lifesaver when presenting ideas to my team, and I’ve also found the breakout rooms incredibly useful for brainstorming sessions. These features make collaboration feel more dynamic and engaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One issue I’ve encountered is that the audio can occasionally drop during longer meetings, especially when the internet connection isn’t stable. Another downside is the limitations of the free version—it doesn’t always meet the needs of larger teams or more complex projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like most about Zoom is that it allows me to run my business completely. Initially, it is an easy-to-use tool. The background of my room is not very pleasant, but thanks to Zoom, I can place a fake background that allows me to conduct interviews regardless of how my house looks. Something I love is that it allows me to record, so I can conduct conferences, masterclasses, and interviews with my clients and then transcribe them thanks to its smart transcription tool. I use it very frequently, almost daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think I would like them to be able to add more available space for recordings in the initial plan. Having only 5 GB seems quite little to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zoom has an intuitive interface, which does not limit the users' level of knowledge to start using it. In a work team that is not familiar with the use of video calls, Zoom allows for easy implementation. It is available for phones, tablets, computers with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android operating systems. I can schedule meetings in advance and send invitations to participants' company or external emails. As a host, I have control over who can share their screen. If I want to have a conversation with only one participant, I can keep the others in the room. It allows me to share the full screen or just a specific application, which facilitates the presentation of ideas, data, or documents. With the help of the chat, additional communication is allowed during meetings. It allows me to record meetings to review them later or share them with participants who could not attend. The free version of Zoom has some restrictions, such as the maximum duration of meetings being 40 minutes, the number of participants, and the lack of some advanced features. This can be limiting when having large teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how easy it is to use! The integration with my calendar makes it so easy to schedule any meeting, and I use it at least twice a day, if not more.
Setting up the account took no time at all; it's been very easily implemented by our entire team.
I can send a Zoom link to people who don't have an account and they can still join the meeting. The recording feature has made it very easy to review my meetings, ensuring I don't miss anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't anything to dislike. So far, I haven't had any issues and it's been a helpful tool for our whole team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is a versatile and security enabled platform for seamless communication at work places. The best part about this application is its availability on different devices, be it phone, tablet or computer. The application is very light and just takes a few minutes to load and all the devices get synchronized very easily Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The basic version provides only a limited resources however the paid one has features like larger participant groups, unlimited meeting time etc. The caveat is that the paid one is very costly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall Zoom is easy to use. I mainly use it for conducting video calls to onboard clients. I like the chat and share screen features. Those are my 2 most used features and I find them easy to use, even for non tech savvy users. I use zoom daily and use it for all of my meetings. I find the overall video and audio quality to be good. Have never had an issue! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, there is nothing that comes to mind that I dislike about Zoom. I find it to be the best product out there that I've used for video conferencing, etc. Keep up the good work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a frequent user of Zoom for workplace communication, I find it to be an invaluable tool for keeping teams connected, especially in a hybrid or remote work environment. The video conferencing feature is incredibly reliable, offering high-quality video and audio even with larger groups, which is essential for our team meetings and client presentations. I also appreciate the screen sharing and whiteboard functions, which make it easy to collaborate in real-time on design mockups and marketing strategies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
On the downside, Zoom can sometimes be resource-heavy, especially on older devices, which causes occasional lag or crashes. Additionally, the security features—though improved—require a bit of extra setup to ensure all meetings are fully protected. Overall, Zoom Workplace is an excellent solution for improving communication and collaboration, allowing us to stay connected and productive no matter where we are. Making the decision to leave Zoom is my favorite thing about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ever since Zoom began updating Workplace, especially this year (2024), the experience has steadily declined. They've added so many bells and whistles, yet none of them actually improve our experience with hosting virtual meetings for clients and team members. I was much happier with Zoom when it was simpler. Even though it's a premium video conferencing service, I had no problem paying for annual subscriptions—until this year. My renewal in June left me feeling, "It's time to break up; this relationship is over."
Unfortunately, I had already paid for the year, and Zoom doesn't offer refunds—not even a prorated one. When I contacted support, they wasted a lot of my time just trying to verify my account. I was already logged in and could provide any information they needed, but they insisted on my account number. It wasn’t where they said it would be, even after I sent screenshots of where I was looking. I probably spent 20 minutes just trying to prove I was the account owner.
So, goodbye, Zoom. I'm so frustrated that I'm happy to let the rest of my subscription go to waste. Honestly, I'm baffled by all the positive reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
