Zoom's UX and UI are flawless. It's pretty intuitive and getting anything done is pretty seamless. You can create new meetings in a matter of seconds and send invitations to anyone you'd like to join. The home screen has quick-to-use buttons to aid you in your conference needs. You can join anyone's meeting by clicking on the Join button and entering the meeting ID and password. Using any calendar of your choice, you can schedule your meeting on Zoom effortlessly. When scheduling, there's a box you can tick if you want to make it a recurring meeting, where you can choose the pattern for it to recur. By default, the video is off for all participants, but you can turn it on so that you can see the other participants face-to-face. You can sync Outlook, Google, or any other calendar that you're already using for appointments, meetings, schedules, etc., to set reminders. If you have any other event on that particular date and time, Zoom will warn you before you save the meeting about the conflict. You can also tick the option to have your meeting recorded automatically on your computer, which will start recording as soon as the meeting starts so you won't have to click on the button manually. This feature has helped us in many instances where we forgot to manually hit the record button.
You can send chat messages on Zoom that you can manage efficiently through folders. If you're in multiple chat rooms and can't keep track of all the notifications, Zoom will show you all the messages in which you were mentioned so you can prioritize them first where your attention is required. You can add bots on Zoom for many different uses. Zoom is excellent for content collaboration and teamwork. You can create whiteboards and invite people to collaborate with you on them. The whiteboards can be extended to create documents, spreadsheets, and text files that you can edit simultaneously with your peers when you have a group task to complete. You can stay ahead of all your deadlines and due dates with software integrations that can help you conduct all your work and team tasks on Zoom conveniently. The Zoom App Marketplace is vast with support for hundreds of software that you can integrate on Zoom for ease of work. But then again the changes are not reflected in the desktop app. You'll have to relaunch and sometimes even thatdoesn't work, so you'll have to re-install zoom

From an ESL educator’s standpoint, the best feature of Zoom Workplace is how PORTABLE the platform is. I can use the features such as, sharing a screen, collaborating into groups, and using a whiteboard that is live for students which in turn, keeps them active. It means that if a teacher has many students in the class, the platform provides a reliable option for communication.
Occasionally, I use the Zoom application in the classroom and blend it with another tool called ScreenPal. For instance, I record lessons using ScreenPal and when we are in the midst of the zoom lesson, share the recorded video of grammar tutorials or pronunciation drills. In a work team that is not familiar with the use of video calls, Zoom allows for easy implementation. It is available for phones, tablets, computers with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android operating systems. I can schedule meetings in advance and send invitations to participants' company or external emails. As a host, I have control over who can share their screen. If I want to have a conversation with only one participant, I can keep the others in the room. It allows me to share the full screen or just a specific application, which facilitates the presentation of ideas, data, or documents. With the help of the chat, additional communication is allowed during meetings. It allows me to record meetings to review them later or share them with participants who could not attend. It is a versatile and security enabled platform for seamless communication at work places.
