I like the simplicity of merging it with Outlook so that you can use the scheduling assistant. I also enjoy the fact that you can use Zoom from your computer or your phone. The ability to screen share, manage participants, engage in chat, record your meeting and more give Zoom additional benefits over competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike very little. I think one thing that would be beneficial is to have a feature where participants can control someone else's screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zoom Workplace has definitely been the easiest and fastest way of communication with team members, managers. Great application to be connected. Very easy to use and user friendly. Never had any issues during team meetings. It is very easy to use and very reliable. Since we all work from home in our organization, Zoom Workplace has actually been the hero of we all getting connected and communicate with each other with such an ease. Thank you Zoom Workplace for everythng! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been using Zoom Workplace from quite sometime now but never found any issues or there is nothing that is to be disliked. It's all perfect all the time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zoom is user friendly and it is easy to operate. We use this in our daily life to take our online classes in our college. In this it easy to share the screen and we explain the presentations. And we used to record the meeting then after if we get doubt we can see after also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes because of internet the video and audio may be delayed. And sometimes the screen will also stuck for some time. In this we can have only 40 minutes free meeting after we have to may money to have meeting in this zoom workplace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zoom has many features which makes it best.It provides screensharing, file sharing & whiteboard feature which helps us to convey the content better in meetings. We can integrate third party apps and extensions which makes our task easier. Its easy to use platform. It also provide recording option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Every good thing has downsides in the same way zoom has some. First is zoom lags a bit and suddenly it gets crashed and sometimes it gets freezed. To access some settings we need to go back from meeting and enable them and again join the meet. Its premium features are on the costlier side. It allows only 40 minutes of meeting only. Webinars and job interviews are a breeze with Zoom for businesses of any size. The experience we've had has been good, ranging from private meetings to public webinars and demos, with excellent assistant satisfaction and almost no interrupts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Mostly it's best for mobile users that attend Zoom meetings to download the app, and that's still refraining some people from doing so. Its interface can be awkwardly strange and changing, but it's good enough Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zoom's interface is clean, intuitive, and user-friendly, making it easy for both tech-savvy and less-experienced users to get started. Joining a meeting is as simple as clicking a link, and setting up your own meeting takes just a few clicks. It is easy to access from almost any device, whether it's a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zoom performs well with good internet connections, but the audio and video quality can quickly degrade in low-bandwidth situations. Audio or video glitches, connection problems, and lag can disrupt meetings, leading to frustration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Upsides:
1. Integrated the communicative tools very well:meetings, team chat, phone, mail and calendar applications
2. it has some elaboravtive features like whiteboarding, note-taking, recording, editing, etc.
3. Within a meeting you can send messagesto the whole meeting group,or a personal message to someone particularly, or to select people - this feature is very useful
4.The meeting toolbards and themes can be customised
5. It is easy to use - but may require someone to get comfortable with a load of features and their functioning
6. There are somany settings which make zoom a great tool for personal and business use
7. Implementation is a bit easy
8. Customer support is instanteous, no issues there
9. I use it almost every other day to connect with people all around the world
10. It offers various ways of integration with other products like google Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Downsides:
1. Settings can be very complicated to deal with sometimes, have to contantly check FAQs or chatgpt Eg: Chaning profile name is a not so easy process, you'd have to find the right tab and then it doesnt happen there,it takes you to its webpage you make and save the changes there. But then again the changes are not reflected in the desktop app. You'll have to relaunch and sometimes even thatdoesn't work, so you'll have to re-install zoom
2. Has a restriction of 40-minutes free meeting with only 100 participants, formore you've to pay
3. Screensharing, hosting and control can be abit complicated Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is Zoom's workplace features that appeal as easy-to-use video conferences with good integration options with other business applications. They are scalable solutions to enhance collaboration and ensure smooth communication among the members of a small team and huge enterprises alike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At times, the workplace offered by Zoom may be overwhelming due to the overabundance of features and settings. The real presentations and ease of navigation to some options may pose a challenge for new users, and large meetings can become resource-heavy. Additionally, slight yet disruptive connectivity issues can break the necessary flow of conversation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
From an ESL educator’s standpoint, the best feature of Zoom Workplace is how PORTABLE the platform is. I can use the features such as, sharing a screen, collaborating into groups, and using a whiteboard that is live for students which in turn, keeps them active. It means that if a teacher has many students in the class, the platform provides a reliable option for communication.
Occasionally, I use the Zoom application in the classroom and blend it with another tool called ScreenPal. For instance, I record lessons using ScreenPal and when we are in the midst of the zoom lesson, share the recorded video of grammar tutorials or pronunciation drills. This allows me to make the most of lesson time and give students materials with which they can easily review Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One issue that I do not enjoy as an ESL educator is that the Zoom Workplace relies on internet connection. Interference with technical equipment is also a problem that may affect lessons and the teacher’s ability to get through to students. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I frequently use Zoom Workplace for remote meetings, and what stands out to me is how smooth the video conferencing experience is. The interface is straightforward, so I don’t have to waste time figuring things out. The screen sharing feature has been a lifesaver when presenting ideas to my team, and I’ve also found the breakout rooms incredibly useful for brainstorming sessions. These features make collaboration feel more dynamic and engaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One issue I’ve encountered is that the audio can occasionally drop during longer meetings, especially when the internet connection isn’t stable. Another downside is the limitations of the free version—it doesn’t always meet the needs of larger teams or more complex projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I enjoy having features, like Zoom Phone, so I can talk to clients without having to use my personal phone number. This also allows me to take calls on my computer, like I would a video call. It gives me better work-life balance.
It's easy to use and sits right on the dock of my laptop. It's also easy to implement across an organization, giving employees a unified place to meet and discuss. It's also super useful for integrating notetaking apps with, and provides transparency to clients that the meeting is being recorded. I use Zoom Workplace pretty much every day. Nothing specifically. Occasionally the app crashes but that's it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
