Best thing about Zoom are it's multiple features. Though is came out as an app for calls and video conferencing but the enhances features like task and project management , file sharing , third party integrations have made it one stop shop to use in everyday coporate life. It requires full subscription to use it's all features which becomes difficult in case of some organizations. Also , Zoom workspace may require a bit time to get used to due to some new users. Hence , it might not be easy to use for some people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It’s easy to use and makes meetings simple. The video and audio are clear, and sharing screens is quick. Scheduling meetings is also super convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes, there are connection issues even with good internet. The chat could be better organized, and the time limits on the free plan can be frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zoom Workplace has several features that make it a popular choice for many users. The interface is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy for people to navigate and use without much training. It integrates well with other tools and platforms, such as Slack, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace, which helps streamline workflows. It offers robust security features, including end-to-end encryption, to ensure that meetings and data are protected. Whether you’re a small team or a large organization, Zoom can scale to meet your needs with various plans and features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Zoom Workplace has many strengths, there are a few areas where users might find room for improvement:
Bandwidth Requirements: High-quality video and audio can consume a lot of bandwidth, which might be challenging for users with slower internet connections.
Security Concerns: Despite improvements, some users still worry about privacy and security, especially with the rise of “Zoombombing” incidents in the past.
Cost: For larger organizations or those needing advanced features, the cost can add up quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zoom is user friendly and enables parties from all over the world to join, meet and discuss. The ability to share your screen, present important demos and voice call with a large group is excellent. In addition, I like that Zoom offers the most user friendly interface for the other attendees on the calls. If one of the attendees needs to share their screen or face, Zoom works perfectly every time. I have found other video conferencing apps struggle with this and the host is usually stuck trying to figure out how to allow for someone other than themselves to share their screen. Zoom does have some issues with connectivity. I have frequent microphone issues and have dropped a few calls along the way. I am not a fan of the new waiting room feature. This feature was auto-enabled and caused some delays for my guests in joining calls and meetings. Once i adjusted my settings, this was no longer an issue, but it did cause a few delays at first. I like the UI, simple sweet and best. It is really easy to learn. It can be integrated with other tools like slack, teams, outlook, etc. I like the audio quality and microphone checks to ensure a smooth experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The video quality the rendering time of the video is sometimes slow with a lot of people inside the meeting room, rest some giphy support can be implemented Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is its seamless integration of communication tools, which makes collaborating with my team effortless. The video conferencing quality is consistently reliable, even with large groups, and the addition of features like Zoom Whiteboard and Zoom Chat allows for real-time collaboration and idea-sharing. The platform is intuitive to use, whether for quick check-ins or larger virtual events, and its ability to integrate with other workplace tools streamlines our workflow, making it an indispensable part of our remote work setup. One thing I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it can sometimes feel overwhelming with the sheer number of features available, especially for new users. It can take some time to navigate and fully understand all the options, which can lead to a bit of a learning curve. Additionally, occasional updates can temporarily disrupt workflows as users adjust to new interfaces or features. While the platform is generally reliable, there have been instances where video quality fluctuates or connectivity issues arise, which can be frustrating during important meetings. I love the AI feature. It was always so irritating taking notes, but now with Zoom's AI feature - we zoom more and have AI do the work for our "meeting minutes." You can also with permissions, record phone calls, and is helpful for AI to listen in and take meetings while on the road. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that sometimes it makes your mandatory upgrade. Usually, it works fine, and then right before you are about to hop on a call/zoom it upgrades and it may take a few seconds. Irritating if it happens when you are running late to a meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zoom does listen to their customers and modifies their service based on customer suggestions and complaints. They are wanting to continuously upgrade their product and it shows. We went with Zoom because they combined phone, video, email, team chat and scheduling all in one app that was significantly cheaper than what we were paying when we had those functions through seperate applications. The scheduling software has been life changing at our company. We suggested a modification that would be helpful for our company and they started working on it. Zoom has been user friendly and most of our team has picked it up very quickly despite not being technologically savvy. Our transition from Teams to Zoom was fairly easy as was our transition from DialPad to Zoom. If you already use a web based phone system, it should be really easy. Zoom could have better support once you are a customer. The support during our trial period before we actually purchased Zoom was amazing. After purchasing, they were unable to help us as much. We do still receive support and they are still a great company to work with, it just is something they could improve on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It works 99% of the time. I have no issues with Zoom per se, especially the new Zoom Workplace Business Plus with integrated Zoom phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The AI companion is half-baked. Some of the other features that are now in Zoom Workplace are pretty obtrusive and get in the way of just wanting to conduct a meeting or being on the phone. Support with Zoom has become a nightmare to use. I used to be able to quickly change billing, add or subtract services all within the Zoom.us portal, but now I have to go through some sort of billing support to get anything done, and between the chatbots not knowing what to do, waiting onhold with with support, the support site being down a lot, and getting trasnferred form one department to the next, really makes me think if there is something else out there (i.e., Teams, Slack) that would work jsut as well.
