There is a big disconnect between the sales team and the implementation team. The sales team promissed a hands-off implementation and after our second meeting with the deployment team it became very clear that we would need to be heavily involved to deploy Zoom Phones. Also during the implementation, whenever we asked more information about a feature or what would be the best option between certain settings, we normally got directed to a knowledge base article that we had to read and figure it out on our own anyways. Training followed the same trend, we were promissed 'as many training sessions as you need' and the week before deployment we were told we only qualified for two training sessions.

Zoom has many features which makes it best.It provides screensharing,file sharing & whiteboard feature which helps us to convey the content better in meetings. Every good thing has downsides in the same way zoom has some. First is zoom lags a bit and suddenly it gets crashed and sometimes it gets freezed. To access some settings we need to go back from meeting and enable them and again join the meet.Its premium features are on the costlier side. It allows only 40 minutes of meeting only. 1. Settings can be very complicated to deal with sometimes, have to contantly check FAQs or chatgpt Eg: Chaning profile name is a not so easy process, you'd have to find the right tab and then it doesnt happen there,it takes you to its webpage you make and save the changes there. But then again the changes are not reflected in the desktop app. You'll have to relaunch and sometimes even thatdoesn't work, so you'll have to re-install zoom

From an ESL educator’s standpoint, the best feature of Zoom Workplace is how PORTABLE the platform is. I can use the features such as, sharing a screen, collaborating into groups, and using a whiteboard that is live for students which in turn, keeps them active. It means that if a teacher has many students in the class, the platform provides a reliable option for communication.
Occasionally, I use the Zoom application in the classroom and blend it with another tool called ScreenPal. For instance, I record lessons using ScreenPal and when we are in the midst of the zoom lesson, share the recorded video of grammar tutorials or pronunciation drills. What I like most about Zoom is that it allows me to run my business completely. Initially, it is an easy-to-use tool. The background of my room is not very pleasant, but thanks to Zoom, I can place a fake background that allows me to conduct interviews regardless of how my house looks. Something I love is that it allows me to record, so I can conduct conferences, masterclasses, and interviews with my clients and then transcribe them thanks to its smart transcription tool. In a work team that is not familiar with the use of video calls, Zoom allows for easy implementation. I can schedule meetings in advance and send invitations to participants' company or external emails. As a host, I have control over who can share their screen. If I want to have a conversation with only one participant, I can keep the others in the room. It allows me to share the full screen or just a specific application, which facilitates the presentation of ideas, data, or documents. With the help of the chat, additional communication is allowed during meetings. It allows me to record meetings to review them later or share them with participants who could not attend.
