What do you like best about Zoho One?

Zoho One offers a comprehensive suite of tools that integrate well with each other, which is great for streamlining multiple business functions in one place. What do you dislike about Zoho One?

The lead management process is frustrating for B2B companies. Zoho’s requirement to map a “Last Name” for all leads, even when only working with companies, leads to inefficient workarounds. As a B2B business, I source company details, not individual contacts, and Zoho's CRM doesn't provide a proper solution for mapping company information efficiently. The support process was also slow, and the workaround offered added more manual work, which defeats the purpose of using a CRM to streamline operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

What I dislike about Zoho Social is the limited advanced analytics and the less robust mobile app. While the platform excels at basic metrics, it falls short when it comes to more sophisticated analytics like sentiment analysis or competitor benchmarking, which are essential for deeper strategic insights. Additionally, the mobile app lacks some of the functionality available on the desktop version, making it less convenient for managing social media on the go. What do you like best about Zoho Social?

Easy of Use is really the biggest thing that surpised me when I discovered Zoho Social. I already use some of Zoho other products and wanted to see how many features Social had compared to their competition in the social media management.

Even their customer support was easy to contact and unlike some places where it feels like I am walking down the digital yellow brick road to find help or a human. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I run my business myself, a one woman show. I would never be able to keep up with all the social media posts I have to do on a daily basis.
