Zoho is the solution for my daily work. Each tab and term is so easy to understand, and integration with our Outlook was so easy. The implementation was seamless and Zoho occupied with features fit for my daily work. i use Zoho on a daily basis for my leads and Deals creation. There are so many features and programming options, that the implementation proved to be a challenge. Without the assistance of a partner company, I would not have been able to get the system up and running as intended. Those additional costs can be excessive, in our case well beyond the planned US$20k and we still have issues. Most notable the integration of a marketplace add-on from Microsoft to synch MS Exchange e-mails into the CRM, a most basic requirement which seems to be technically challenging on the back-end of the application as tech support at ZoHo continues to work on the issue.
