I like that Zoho CRM helps me organize and automate sales and customer service processes. I appreciate the customer satisfaction monitoring and support ticket logging, which are really useful. I also highly value the lead capture from web forms and social networks, as it facilitates the workflow.

Their UI/UX isn’t very user-friendly and still needs more work. I also need a bit more guidance to understand how to configure it properly.

There is very little personalization in the fields and information we can view or fill in. Also, I’m not able to manage the commercial impacts in 360.

Zoho CRM has been improved a lot in recent with new automation features likes workflows, marketing automations, task reminders etc.  and more meaningful integration with email sync and other third-party tools that makes it a go to tool with.

Zoho still have a more complex configuration to implement which can be simplify so that complexity and managing of custom fields can be easily configurable and manageable. Also, AI tools or assistant not much usable in our current plan may be unlock with higher one.

It have all things that an mid size company requires in a single bundle- Asset inventory, ticketing tool, knowledge base that increase team efficiency to work with better trackability.

What I like best about Zoho CRM is how flexible it is. We can easily customize fields, workflows, and dashboards to match our sales process. It also works smoothly with other Zoho apps, which helps us keep all data in one place.

What I dislike is that sometimes the interface feels a bit crowded. There are many menus and settings, so new users need time to understand how everything works. After some training it becomes easier, but the first weeks can be confusing.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho CRM helps us organize our leads and track the sales pipeline more clearly. Before, we used spreadsheets and it was easy to lose follow-ups. Now every interaction is recorded, and reminders help us respond on time. This has improved our conversion rate and team coordination.

The new AI, Zia, is pretty cool. It can create content directly in the CRM, which is really convenient.

The customer support is still less than to be desired but I seem to be able to find online help elsewhere pretty easy.

Zoho offers multiple integrations, utilize them.

Support is still very lacking. We have a great Account Manager which is a lifesaver as generally the support available is very basic and can be very hard to get issues resolved in a timely manner.

I have been using it for the past two years in my insurance agency. We developed two modules, one for policies and another for carriers. The pricing is good, and having everything in one platform makes it very easy to use.

The text message integrations are difficult to use and not very user-friendly.

We manage all our customers, and in the past, we typically relied on several different platforms to send emails and communicate with them. With Zoho, however, we are able to handle everything in one place, including sending all the necessary documents to complete our sales process.

I have recently started appreciating how smoothly it integrates with other Zoho apps and the automation workflows have also made a big difference in reducing manual tasks, and the updated UI feels much cleaner and easier to navigate


**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

One area that could still be better is the response time from customer support. 

At times it takes longer than expected to get resolutions, which can slow down ongoing work.

Faster and more proactive support would be a great improvement and thats only thing what i feel need improvement

Zoho CRM is very good in automation, customer management, task management, teamwork, campaign management, project management, and more. It's easy to use and manage. Value for money.

The UI of this software is not very good.

Zoho CRM has helped me keep all my customer info in one place, now I don't have to find it in spreadsheets and emails. It's also taken a lot of pressure off by automating follow-ups and reminders, so I don’t miss anything important. It just makes things more organized and lets me focus more on building relationships instead of chasing details.

It is the easiest CRM in the market. Zoho will guide you if you follow the basic information provided in their various pop-up menus and the information they request you to fill in. No need to be an expert HR/Sales person.

I have not found a thing that I wouldn't like.

It's a tool that makes it easier to eliminate the clutter and loss of information that comes with converting a lead into a customer. The ease of transferring all the information and allowing for follow-up from the very beginning when prospecting for a lead is spectacular. It has no competition in the market.

So far, I haven’t run into any issues that would make me dislike Zoho in any way.

It is a great and powerful CRM with industry standard set of features. The Zoho suite offers a large possibility to expand on existing processes and possibilities.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

The coding language is quite troublesome.
You are locked into using Zoho experts or partners to resolve company-specific problems. There are no guidelines or knowledge base shared among users, only for basic steps and tasks.
We often found bugs related top Zoho products which resulted in wrong mass communication to customers but saw no compensation or feedback from Zoho on it.

Lack of quick support, guidelines, and the tool feels limited by design.

With the advent of AI, the user experience has improved multifold. The agent interface from a sales end user is very useful. There are newer and enhanced reporting sections for visualizing data (customer, transaction, segmentation, etc.) on the platform

The workflow rules can be smoothened a bit; raising incidents for complex bugs / issues is a tedious process.

I love how the search feature can find an account with just a few letters or numbers. Excellent search feature. I love the smooth messenger and all the features it comes with including blocking reps from sending outside approved hours and it will give you a pop up and stop a text if you're sending a duplicate to the same person. 
Just a high quality CRM all around.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

The new layout of and the sidebar are not exactly easy to understand for those not familiar with the program.
The whole new layout just feels a bit clumpy.

The automations and setting up paths with one button clicks for status has been great. We have learned a lot about ZOHO over the last year and every time there is an issue it ends uphaving an answer for us.

At first, I didnt like the new look, but I've gotten used to it and I am starting to like it better than the previous version.

I feel like the reports/dashboards section is still a little clunky. It still has room to improve. I also tried the gamification module, but not really adding any value as it is very basic and lacks more in-depth customization.
