What do you dislike about Zoho Campaigns?
Zoho Campaigns does NOT sync with Zoho CRM properly. Once records are created in Zoho CRM, they are supposed to flow in to Campaigns, however, this functionality will randomly stop working and nobody will know or get notified.
We have had this happen over 15 times. Every time Zoho say theyve fixed it only for it to randomly break a few days/weeks later.
It doesnt sound like a big thing, but it means that any website->CRM->Live emailing or marketing automation randomly stops and customers will not get any notifications.

The features of ready to use templates that can also be customized
also the automation that we get for the campaign saves a lot of time and energy for us.
it gets easily implemented and anyone can use it within a day of training.

1. It's does not provide any pilot or free trial period version of this product which does not provide enough time to users to choose if it is compatible enough to meet your requirements.
2. It's complex user interface might increase the user dependency on IT experts and might require additional investment.

What do you like best about Zoho One?
Definetly the ZOHO Software is superbb but specialy chat support of ZOHO ONE is like nightmare Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Zoho One?
We are into Education industry.
We have implemented ZOHO CRM in April 2023 with only 2 users and in just 6 months we have reached to 91 users just because of good chat support of ZOHO CRM.
Recently we have shifted to ZOHO ONE because we have decided to implement ZOHO Tools in all other department also.
Now we are facing very poor response from the ZOHO ONE's chat support. The agents are not knowledgeable enough, they just try to end the chat every time and they do not have prospective of solution. Many times, agents do not read our messages and asking same thing again and again and because of less knowledgable, agents escalate the issue to other team and said that you will receive an email, this happend most of the time even for just a small issue, this effects our growth.
We have raised the issue with ZOHO ONE team but they also not able to give solution.
Now we have decided to drop ZOHO ONE and back to ZOHO CRM, we will user other tools for our other departments.
Based on our experience, we recommend that instead of ZOHO ONE, use individual tool so that you can receive good support from particular tool's expert.

What do you like best about Zoho Campaigns?
