What do you like best about Zoho Campaigns?

The best i like about the Zoho Campaigns is it is easy to use and understand. We can easily send the bulk emails. We can also sync our contact with Zoho CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a pain to get reports because you need a different download for every metric like 'sent' or 'delivered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoho Campaigns solving and how is that benefiting you?

For us Zoho Campaigns mainly solves the problem of having an affordable and simple email marketing tool. It’s honestly one of the cheapest plans I could find for a small business, especially when our sending volume isn’t that high.

The interface is super easy to use, very beginner-friendly. I was able to create the account and get my first email campaign set up in about an hour, no learning curve basically.

It also feels pretty robust. Hard bounces get automatically excluded from future sends, and the way contacts, lists, and tags are managed is really convenient for keeping things organized without much manual work.

The reporting is clear and easy to understand too. My only complaint is it’s kinda annoying that metrics have to be downloaded separately instead of all in one file. But overall it’s been saving us a lot of time and budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
