
What's there to like?! We have not been able to utilize the software till now. It has been 2 months since we bought the tool but yet our data migration hasn't been done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the worst customer support I have ever experienced with any tool. They seem to have only 2 customer success team members serving 1000s of clients.
Let me share some specific failures:
1. We were forced to buy a 12 months subscription as we were told the migration won't be done without it.
2. After buying the subscription, there was no call from their support team on how the migration would be done.
3. We followed up with them on email, their replies were from their list of "saved replies". Please join the webinar happening on x date.

5. When we bought the tool, we were assured that a team would help migrate data over a screen sharing session. They went back on their promise and asked us to migrate the data ourselves through the migration wizard.
6. Having already spent 45 days waiting for their response, we decided to give the migration tool a go. Oh No! Not so easy, it provides an unknown error. After bringing it to attention of their support rep (Having called multiple times, we were finally able to get through). We were told he would have to connect with the tech team for this.
7. To connect with the tech team, he would need the data we were trying to import. Sure, let me send you an email with the data. No no! he requires me to utilize Zoho workdrive to upload the data.
8. Zoho workdrive has expired, no worries he says, please drop an email to Zoho workdrive team they would extend the subscription for you (The whole process would have taken an email but no, our tech team doesn't work like that they want workdrive files only)
9. Its been 3 days since we reported the migration wizard issue to them. Crickets.
I think we would die following up and being told a callback would come. But this callback is like catching a fallen star; you are blessed if the callback comes. And even so, you can only get am assurance that it will work out.

Zoho Books has an easy to use interface, across web and mobile apps. Transactions are easy to create, edit and send to customers, suppliers and other users. Portals are super helpful for our customers and suppliers to view their transactions with us, as well as add or update their details and add credit cards and/or direct debits. Bank feeds are through Yodlee for Australian users - this can take up to a week to fetch new transactions, or, have to be manually refreshed with accounts protected by 2FA. This is an issue I have raised with our bank and Zoho, but seems to be taking longer than expected to resolve. This issue isn't the wort to have, just inconvenient at times. Zoho books offers a very straightforward approach with a friendly UI. They have excellent customer service and offer competitive pricing and a feature-rich platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zoho does not have a direct way to migrate from some platforms such as Intuit QuickBooks but you can still accomplish such migrations due to their thorough guides (and if you get stuck they have a team willing to assist). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zoho One offers a comprehensive suite of tools that integrate well with each other, which is great for streamlining multiple business functions in one place. The lead management process is frustrating for B2B companies. Zoho’s requirement to map a “Last Name” for all leads, even when only working with companies, leads to inefficient workarounds. As a B2B business, I source company details, not individual contacts, and Zoho's CRM doesn't provide a proper solution for mapping company information efficiently. The support process was also slow, and the workaround offered added more manual work, which defeats the purpose of using a CRM to streamline operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
