This is the main feedback to Zoho because we've worked in SAP, and in SAP, there are open line items. We need to carefully take a note and work on open letter items, but in Zoho Books, we don't have any feature for the open line items. We have to keep a report for all advances that are open manually. Also, the setup was good, but we missed a lot of documents when moving from another system.
