Ziflow Pros and Cons

Ziflow offers so many features that makes reviewing proofs easy and organized. Our team relies on this program to get feedback from our internal and cross-functional team. With the new version out, I feel like uploading proofs has become slightly more tedious. There is a lot of clicking to get messages sent to different stages within a workflow and while the interface looks super clean, I am still struggling to get a grasp on how to upload proofs in a more efficient manner. Ziflow has helped ease the process of reviewing my work with my colleages. As a production artist that creates multiple assets in various formats, ZiFlow allows me to share my work easily and receive feedback accordingly.

Reviewers have tools in ZiFlow that point out exactly what needs to be changed. It makes my life easier.

I hope ZiFlow will find new ways to help users find what they are looking for. Currently the system is good, but it requires multiple click throughs to find proofs.

I would also love an easier way to share links. Currently we are given a web address. It would be amazing to have a feature where a hyperlinked title of the proof would be generated by Ziflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ziflow has revoluntionzed the proofing process. Our department works with multiple teams and ZIflow has made it incredble to collobrate. In addition, we are able to integrate Ziflow into our project management platform. If you are looking for a proofing platform, you won't regeret utilizing Ziflow, great for all types of work!! When you have an approver who leaves a lot of feedback, in addition to other approvers the comments may be a little difficult to sort through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I paticularly like how you can upload jpegs, live url websites, videos, live powerpoint docs, google docs, and share the project's feedback, comments, check off sections tasks as complete or thumbs up and provide various communicative reactions, and call out the sections you're referring to with the shapes and arrows. It is very easy to use and simple interface. I also like how you can feature multiple pages to review proofs and even call out the specific time stamps on videos. It's helped my coworkers and I communicate changes on all or various design. projects and in editing our website, it allowed us to get through projects and revise per the feedback much faster than the back and forth had we not called out the exact revisions through ziflows features. I find this especially useful while working remotely, since our team is spread out through multiple time zones and states. I highly recommend Ziflow, and encourage our team to continuously use it as part of our design feedback and approval process. I can honestly say I cant imagine our process without it and would preffer not to go without, so much that I would use it while freelancing. It also makes sharing the link for reviews super easy. honestly, there's not a whole lot i dislike about ziflow, maybe that the cost can be a bit high when you require multiple users on various projects, which take up user slots, but its understandable. certain features also aren't available on all tiers, but again I guess that can be expected. Our favorite thing about Ziflow is its accessibility and simplicity for the reviewer, It's highly customizable notification preferences, automated workflows, and awesome visibility on the back end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's hard to think of something that isn't working well to be honest, keep in mind we mostly use Ziflow for .ai files, .PDF's and images. Only suggestion I have would be to include a way to turn on and off layers, but even that is a bonus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It allows you to proof multiple media types including static images/pdf, web pages, and videos. They are also continuously making updates to the platform. Their customer service is quick, responsive, and knowledgable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We often have social campaigns which include many image assets. It can look a bit messy depending on the view type you are using or even if you are using continuous, it can look like a lot. It would be so helpful if you could group assets and label those groups in the proof to keep them more organized and make it easier to view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a sleek and modern looking site for starters. Being able to make custom templates so you don't have to go through the process of manually adding each team member is a huge time saver. The stage function also makes it easier to make sure the people that need to see the ziflow will see it when they need to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The recent design overhaul changed somethings and may take some getting used to but new users won't be affaceted by this. It'll probably make things faster later. The public url button could be a bit more prominent. Also status could be updated to include the stage that last completed (Stage 1: Internal Review Complete, for example).
