Ziflow Reviews & Product Details

I like that Ziflow organizes different versions of the same video in the same proof, which is especially useful. The automated delivery, or workflows, are a huge time saver for me. I don't have to send any emails or continuously monitor my inbox. Once something is approved, it is automatically delivered to the next group of reviewers. I don't like having to wait for a 'share link'. When I upload a new version, it needs to upload and process before I can get a link to send to reviewers. I know it gets sent automatically to all reviewers anyways, but I like to officially hand off versions and provide context as to what they are looking at. I don't understand why we need to wait for upload and processing. When I've used similar tools, I am able to share a link to a folder/proof even before I upload a new version. I like the ability to send material for review to groups using separate stages. This gives me the flexibility to layer feedback based on the phase of development. The variety of different formats you can review (website, image files, video, etc). Ease of proof organization and sharing. Feedback-leaving process (for the most part). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

• Confusing UX in the proof-creation process (What is the difference between an owner and a manager? Why do website reviews default to snapshot when I most often need to be reviewing multi-page sites?)

• Finding new comments and discerning what comments I have already seen in the proof is difficult. The "unread comments" banner doesn't seem to go away even after I've Xed it out

• I can't see what comments have replies at a glance

• Comments are sorted by time they were left instead of document page (this would be preferred for PDFs).

• Viewing ratio settings on website proofs feels inconsistent and I have to give special instruction for reviewing sites

• I would also prefer better controls for categorizing/tagging comments for easier filtering of different types/locations of feedback

• I have struggled with trying to leave a whole page vs. selected area comment before. I would prefer some simpler keyboard shortcuts for commenting, similar to Figma Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how Ziflow immediately made our internal proofing process at Ideal Cabinetry more efficient from day one. I find Ziflow's filing system to be lacking in complexity. It would be more helpful if there were an option to add personalized folders for final work. Comparing proofs was sometimes challenging in the past, but with recent updates, comparing proofs is easier than it's been.
