Ziflow is a quick and easy tool to collect feedback on an image or a video. It's easy to work with, nothing too complicated.
Personally, I find it pleasant that all feedback stays together, this way we no longer have to search in mails for the different comments.
It is also handy that Ziflow indicates to which image/page the feedback belongs, even without annotations or markings on the image itself.
Through mail, some content does get lost every now and then, so the ability to upload attachments is also very convenient.
In addition, it is nice that feedback that has been given, can also be responded to directly in a comment. The dialogue makes it convenient to understand everything well.
The automatic notification is a plus too, also the possibility to resend the notification is a good plus i often use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In our company, we work with Dropbox to collect and store our data. We mainly work with images since we make renders.
Each time we want to upload an image, we need to make sure its status is ' available offline '. If this is not the case, the proof will fail.
When a proof fails, the message that was written in the communication box is lost as well. It would save me a lot of time if the included message was saved somewhere
or was sent together with the notification mail (mail notifying me that the proof has failed)
When you make a new comment, it is possible to draw directly on the images (to point out a specific spot or anything), but when you reply to a comment, this is not a possibility anymore.
I do think this could be a plus.
Sometimes we need to have a text (copy) checked out. It would come in handy if we could 'highlight' the specific line that requires alterations.
The way the textbox works, is not really clear to me, i cannot seem to figure it out 😅
Sometimes we need to make a little sketch on the image. I usually use the line tool and draw multiple lines to create the sketch. When someone else looks at it, it sometimes gets a little messy with the lines on the image and the guidelines going toward them. So it would be nice to be able to make a drawing/sketch without the guidelines pointing to every single line on the image. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our creative workflow has really been transformed by Ziflow! As a team with a steady flow of projects, we were in need of a tool that could smooth out our review and approval processes, and Ziflow has worked beautifully for us. The platform is remarkably user-friendly and clear to navigate. Even our less tech-inclined team members have found it simple to operate, which has cut our onboarding time down to almost nothing.
Ziflow has a complete set of features that serve all our needs. It has what we need for version control. It has what we need for automated workflows. What it does not have, interestingly, is what you might think would serve the need for collaborative feedback: enabling users to make edits directly on the content itself.
And if you think about it some more, you might imagine that a program that serves the needs for editorial work is the same thing as a program that does image markup—and that's not the case. Zifow has made every step of the editorial process easier than anything we had before, and it's fully integrated with the tools we use to create content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Learning Curve for Advanced Functions:
Even though the basic features are user-friendly, some of the more sophisticated functionalities take some time to master.
Our team had to devote a fair amount of time and effort to feeling comfortable with and reaping the full benefits of Ziflow's various capabilities. Higher Price Point: Ziflow is somewhat pricier than some other tools on the market. While we think the price is justified given the capabilities and benefits of the tool, we could see smaller teams or startup companies finding the price a bit hard to swallow.
Occasional Performance Lags: We experienced a few lags while using Ziflow, especially when working with larger files during peak usage times. It's not a complete deal-breaker (you can kind of forget about it when you're really in the flow), but it's something to be aware of when considering Ziflow as a potential option. What I like most about Ziflow is that it gets the job done without being overcomplicated for the end user. With an extremely intuitive interface, and compatibility with many file types, I can create, track and update my proofs with minimal effort. The email integration works well and allows me to keep tabs on my projects without having to actively babysit each proof. We use Ziflow daily, and it's probably onen of the easiest parts of my day. When switching from our previous proofing software, the Ziflow team met with me on a Zoom call, and helped integrate our old contact lists so we didn't lose important data. They made getting started very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't had a situation yet where I found Ziflow lacking. If I come across one, I'll be sure to update the review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The easyeof use makes adoption easier for those who have many different systems to manage or who are not good with technology. We use this everyday for in our approval process. I like that there are options for full users that require licenses and options for those who do not need full access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like Ziflow to be inside Monday.com so I don't have another app to deal with. In marketing you end up using so many different systems, its hard to keep up with all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have the ability to view all the artworks that my teams are working on, as well as their review status, which helps me with tracking and follow-up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
having to archieve jobs manually, when only 1 person has approved so the job stays live, but i think that is our way of working not necessarily ziflow Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When you choose None for notifications the user still get notifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Making notes, adding comments, tagging colleagues, and uploading/reviewing proofs is seamless and invaluable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very rarely do I encounter display issues when uploading print files or PPT files. At times, print files will display with overprint or PPT files will fail to upload entirely if you have fonts embedded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
