Zanda's platform is both easy to navigate and is beautifully developed. I trialled alterantive platforms before selecting Zanda and the graphics are by far the easiest to work with and navigate. Zanda also has an extensive library of support tools to watch and learn the functionalities of the platform. Zanda isn't a widely used platform for Audiology. The templates need adjusting to really fit them for each Audiology clinics purpose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Functionailty (when it works)
The functionality is in depth and somewhat intuitive, but often parts of it don't work or are changed without notice, and this is disruptive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The lack of customer support.
I am often gaslighted by the support team who drag their feet to get anything done, and are more worried about pink banners and name changes than fixing basic functionality.
All I can imagine is the owner spends his time patting people on the back for dramatic statements of flair within the software, whilst annoying customers with taking forever to get anything done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the fact that Zanda supports every aspect of my business: appointments, invoices, video calls, client booking portal etc. It has reduced my admin hours and has reduced my time on appointment bookings as people can book their own time slots. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I struggle using complicated software, but PD has somehow made a very powerful but intuitively simple to use software that provides so much for my practise.
If I get stuck, the resources provide and customer care is very fast. Email responses are quick, and alos I can book in and get assistance 121 very easily in my timezone.

To be honest I don't think there are any downsides that I'm aware of. I wouldn't say it's cheap, but it's worth it, in my opinion, even if you run a small operation and solo.
The only improvements I'd suggest are: more integrations including TeleHealth having more multi-media capability, or integration of zoom instead, which I tend to prefer as a Clinical hypnotherapist/life coach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They are helpful, it is easy to use and navigate around. I use it daily in my clinic and it integrates with other systems. It has a range of features that are easy to use and easy implement. Highly reccommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Powerdiary itself is easy and intuitive to use once it's been set up however the support team are amazing. Extremely friendly and helpful and if they aren't sure of the answer they will follow up with you to let you know if something can be done. They're receptive to feedback and are willing to forward comments and suggestions to the development team.
The company itself is transparent about continuous improvements they're making which I appreciate.
Occasionally there's outages when they're updating or implementing things to the system but again they communicate when this happens. They're continually adapting the service for NDIS providers which is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that everything is customisable, and it's all very user friendly and intuitive. I appreciate being able to colour code on several levels (e.g. locations and flags) and that I can standardise my invoice templates, but add customised components and text on a client level. Also, PD support have always been responsive and helpful. I use PD all day, every day that I'm working. Set-up was easy and my clients can now book online, at several locations with very specific and customised availability catered for. Probably the main downside relates to imported data, when appointments are imported from another system the recurring function isn't saved, so if I need to change an appointment that was recurring (in another system) I need to change every single appointment. PowerDiary is a great tool for new businesses that may need an EMR. It is easy to use and customize, keeps track of all your patients and billing. PowerDiary has the ability to use credit cards.
