What do you like best about Yotpo?

What I like best about YotPo is the fact that it integrates with Shopify and customers can submit reviews with photos which is very helpful to our customers. We have used other review platforms and this is our favorite by far! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Yotpo?

Yotpo has been great to increase reviews on our fast-growing site. We have many SKUs so it was hard to obtain reviews for products other than our most popular. The automated emails sent after purchases really do work. We also utilize their "visual curation" part of the platform which lets us tag social images to come up as a feed on our site. We have these on product pages and the homepage. These help our customers envision what our products could look like with their lifestyle, while also keeping them on the site for much longer. What do you dislike about Yotpo?

We have not have many issues with Yotpo - it really addresses all our needs for the time being. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Yotpo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have dramatically increased our number of reviews with Yotpo. We have an abundance of reviews not only for our customers to view on each product page, but for marketing reasons as well. We are now using them across ads, social media, email marketing and more. What do you like best about Yotpo?

After implementation, the platform is easy to use and makes real-time changes to displays on the website seamless. Reporting is always easy to read and understand. My reps have always been incredibly responsive and helpful with questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yotpo?

The platform needs more options for custom questions - limits number of fields, can't display in email as dropdown, Faster way to edit individual products with product sizing tags and/or blocklisting. I currently have to manually upload a spreadsheet to make any of these changes. If you edit a custom field, you lose all of that data - so it would be nice to have a way to edit something without it affecting previous reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Yotpo?

Moderating reviews and replying to a customer could not be easier. We can make sure that the voice of the customer is heard and addressed in every single case. Moreover, Yotpo gathers the most used keywords related to the product which offers an immediate insight into both positive and negative trends. Profanity is immediately flagged by Yotpo, which is useful when hundreds of reviews arrive. There are useful reporting tools, but one can always download information in a CSV file as well. We always take the information we gather in Yotpo to our design team for future improvement. Gathering reviews is also made easy and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yotpo?

There was a period of time a few years ago when the website was slow, but Yotpo has solved this and there have been no problems since. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We take pride in the fact that we listen to our customers` feedback and reply to all issues raised. Yotpo makes this very easy and user-friendly. We also find that customer reviews help us understand fitting and construction issues, which help us evolve in the long run. What do you like best about Yotpo?

What do you dislike about Yotpo?

Free and Growth(paid) plans are very basic and limited when it comes to features, customizations, integrations and social sharing etc. Adding a reviews tab to a facebook business page requires a minimum page follower count of at least 2k,which is no big deal to some, while it may add a challenge to growing businesses with follow counts under the minimum. Initial set up and importing reviews was a bit frustrating. Support chat was always marked offline when logged into the platform and email communications were slow. Frustrations grew once it became clear to me that access to features necessary for branding, cohesive aesthics and professionalism are available in the highest pricing tier. During my use, an option to add on features was not offered. Plans are designed to scale as your business grows helping to keep costs down. However, features range from very basic/somewhat restrictive to robust with no in between. Finally, here's is a reminder to take everything with a grain of salt. Information I read on various reputable sites, including the software knowledge base and resources, led me to believe what was included and what I would have access to use. What I missed was that feature access is there, but at a price of upgrading. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Yotpo?
