THere were a few bugs early on when the company first started using it, but they were resolved in a reasonable time frame. I don't like that after I schedule a campaign with a certain segmentation then the subscribers that are in the segment are locked in and the campaign doesn't automatically update as the segment does. This makes it difficult when we want to send campaigns on the weekend because I have to wait until the night before to schedule the campaign to make sure the segmentation is up-to-date.
