What do you like best about Yotpo?

I love the texting ability all the suggested holiday templates make it easy to send out texts to remind customers of special occasions and sales. This drives business and traffic to my website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Amazing service that allows you to drive business via text messaging and so much more. They have amazing templates to guide you and remind you of texting opportunities that will drive more business to your site. Pricing is reasonable and the service is always up and running. What do you like best about Yotpo?

The review carousel is a great addition to my website. The interface of the app is clear and easy to use. A great tool for gathering real customer reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yotpo?

There is no mid/low-level package options. Just free, then a $70 PM option. The free doesnt cover enough sales for me, but the $70 is too much of an expensive for me at the moment. It'd be good if there was a mid level option at say $25 PM which offered more than free but less than the $70. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
