What do you like best about Yotpo?

I like that it connects easily with Shopify and the product review request emails are sent out automatically. It takes the pressure off of having to constantly check in on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Yotpo?

Launched Yotpo for Reviews and L&R and have seen really high engagement on the site so far. Captured lots of high quality reviews and implemented a UGC gallery on site which has also drove conversions. Fantastic support team who are quick to respond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Yotpo?

Yotpo's tools are extremely well put together and integrate well with a lot of other services. They have excellent enterprise customer support and their service does provide excellent value for Shopify stores. The integration of their ecosystem is definitely a benefit for stores that are looking to ramp their marketing programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yotpo?

In my opinion, the cost of using Yotpo's system is too high compared to competitors that also integrate together better. We realized significant savings by switching services. Additionally, I feel that their script is a bit heavy and does contribute to site speed issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Yotpo?

We find it particularly easy to find all of our customer's purchasing and rewards history in one location for easy access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recently we discovered account balances in YotPo do not match customer profile information in Shopify. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Yotpo?

Great for reviews and tracking a specific subsector of our marketing. I do not know how to leverage past a certain point, but the email/text list has been great for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yotpo?

The pricing is a little expensive. I would be able to scale this more for a reasonable price because Okendo is cheaper and does almost exact same function for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Yotpo?

Intergrationi with Gorgias. And very easy to respond to customers questions and reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yotpo?

Cannot search individual reviews by YOTPO's case id# or customer email address.

Cannot merge YOTPO reviews with customer email address to put all interactions on one ticket.

Would like a category for shipping and transportation carriers so we don't get negative score against something completely out of our control when we shipped the item per our SOP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
