What do you like best about Yotpo?

Yotpo has made it easy to continue to grow and make improvements to our product reviews. The support is great and now with the help of the yotpo community it is even more helpful. What do you like best about Yotpo?

1. The YotPo platform is very intuitive and simple.

2. The customer support team is awesome.

3. The reviews look pretty and helped us increase conversion rates by more than 100%.

What do you dislike about Yotpo?

Nothing much tbh!

What do you like best about Yotpo?

What is great about Yopto is unlike a lot of the other review apps it works not it's on Shopify, but WooCommerce / WordPress as well. That's a huge advantage for me who develops on both platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Yotpo?

The platforms we use are very much suited to our eCommerce business and they continue to develop based on customer feedback for improvement. I have felt very supported by the Yotpo teams as well, who have always helped set up the platforms in the best way, and helped strategize and grow our business, as well as being genuinely lovely people. We have experienced some technical glitches with Yotpo syncing with other platforms, such as Klaviyo, which is extremely important for our business. Also the layout of the loyalty program could be a lot more user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Yotpo?

I really don't have any dislikes, everything has been great. I'm hoping that the subscription plugin will be a success. I hope you are able to launch it quickly and successfully. Subscription plugins like recharge (what I'm currently using,) have lots of bugs and aren't very user friendly so I hope yours is an exception. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Yotpo?

Using text messaging as a means of communication might seem 'old-fashioned' but it worked very well for our company! Thanks to text messaging, we were able to reach our customers who are of a certain age range and, therefore, not much of a user of modern social networks (whatsapp). What do you dislike about Yotpo?

Perhaps my least favourite part is the cost of SMS, considering we are in 2021. It's true that it's easier to reach customers but if you create several automatic flows or create SMS marketing campaigns, in addition to the cost of the SMSBump plan (there is also the free plan) you have to add the cost for each SMS and if you have a very large customer database the costs also become large... Recommendations to others considering Yotpo:

If your customers are unfamiliar with modern social networks or if you simply want to try another marketing channel (there are never enough of them to reach all your potential customers) use SMSBump without any problems: you will be surprised by its ease of use, the automations you can create (there are also standard ones that already work very well!) and the SMS campaigns to engage and retain your customers. The main problem we had in the company is that our customers are not familiar with modern communication networks and we had a very difficult time managing orders because of this. Instead, since we installed SMSBump, our customers receive all our communications in a timely manner and they respond promptly! This has made customer service and order processing easier for us. What do you like best about Yotpo?

While there are lots of companies out there that can help you in review accrual, Yotpo has proven to be the most able partner for us. Service has always been first and foremost and they have our strongest endorsement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are cheaper solutions out there - but I don't believe there's a better one. The bar for entry might be high for some smaller companies (which isn't a "dislike" so much as a caution) but we consider it money well spent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Using Yotpo Reviews in conjunction with their Loyalty program has given us a boost above and beyond that which we were seeing using Reviews alone. Our Yotpo partners are also on top of changes in the industry, such as when Google makes changes to their preferred review acquisition methods, and are able to inform and help us make the necessary updates to capitalize whenever possible.
