Yotpo has made it easy to continue to grow and make improvements to our product reviews. The support is great and now with the help of the yotpo community it is even more helpful. The biggest pain point currently is the impact that yotpo has on our site speed. I do know they are working to improve this so I'm excited about the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. The YotPo platform is very intuitive and simple.

What is great about Yopto is unlike a lot of the other review apps it works not it's on Shopify, but WooCommerce / WordPress as well. That's a huge advantage for me who develops on both platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platforms we use are very much suited to our eCommerce business and they continue to develop based on customer feedback for improvement. I really don't have any dislikes, everything has been great. I'm hoping that the subscription plugin will be a success. I hope you are able to launch it quickly and successfully. Subscription plugins like recharge (what I'm currently using,) have lots of bugs and aren't very user friendly so I hope yours is an exception. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Using text messaging as a means of communication might seem 'old-fashioned' but it worked very well for our company! Thanks to text messaging, we were able to reach our customers who are of a certain age range and, therefore, not much of a user of modern social networks (whatsapp). Perhaps my least favourite part is the cost of SMS, considering we are in 2021. It's true that it's easier to reach customers but if you create several automatic flows or create SMS marketing campaigns, in addition to the cost of the SMSBump plan (there is also the free plan) you have to add the cost for each SMS and if you have a very large customer database the costs also become large... There are cheaper solutions out there - but I don't believe there's a better one. The bar for entry might be high for some smaller companies (which isn't a "dislike" so much as a caution) but we consider it money well spent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
