What do you like best about YOOBIC?

Yoobic has been a game-changer for our company, especially in the retail environment. What do you like best about YOOBIC?

Yoobic is an easy-to-use application, both for the admin side with the creation of missions and for the end users. This application provides a time-saving advantage during visits and uniformity in the evaluation conducted across the entire global network.

A feature I really appreciate is the tasks and action plan, which allows for easy mission tracking.

What do you like best about YOOBIC?

The fact I can reach out and support my stores with ease. The campaigns & requests are easy to set up and work well in our stores on the front line. What do you like best about YOOBIC?

The audits are easy to build and there is a large variety of field options. I usually have issues with customer service / tech support teams from tech companies, but they are always helpful and accomodating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about YOOBIC?

I wish there was a better way to manage our user hierarchy. We have to rely heavily on Tags (User tags, location tags, audit tags, etc). It gets a little overwhelming. Whenever a location changes hands, we have to add that location to the user, then go to the location settings and change their location tag to reflect that user as well. It's not so bad once you get used to it, but for our particular use case, it is a little daunting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?

At the moment, we have audits setup for our field managers to complete when they visit the store. Some of these are used every tiem the visit the store (to check for quality, cleanliness, safety, etc), and others are used periodically to make sure certain tasks are complete (POP is correct, procedure changes were made, etc). We hope to one day incorporate daily checklists for the store managers, but we haven't gotten there quite yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about YOOBIC?

We use Yoobic mostly for Employee Communications and Task Management. The ability to communicate across the business very quickly as well as the ability view task completion through insights are the biggest wins for us about Yoobic Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about YOOBIC?

What do you like best about YOOBIC?

Yoobic has allowed us to migrate a majority of tasks to a central location, with holistic oversight on completion and an easy place to deliver feedback. We tend to have dynamic communication that gets updated with some frequency; it is unfortunate that Yoobic is incompatible with hosting live documents. I don't love the reporting and the way it's broken out. it can be hard to find the data you need and not everything has a dashboard that makes sense to me. What do you like best about YOOBIC?

The customization ability of the app is very useful. Also, the abundance of features means we can pick and choose what features to use with which users. It works very well! The team is very responsive and even designed a new feature at our request! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very occasionally, the app can freeze. But I'd say that's true of most apps. It's a touch complicated for some users, but that is true of any app with this many features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
