## About WorkJam
WorkJam is the complete frontline operations platform for deskless employees. It connects employees to each other, headquarters, and the systems that run their business. The platform combines targeted employee communications, task management and audits, learning, flexible scheduling, employee self-service, and AI-powered workflow automation as part of a modular platform that scales with the business. The world’s most iconic brands in retail, manufacturing, hospitality, and distribution trust WorkJam to drive productivity, strengthen employee retention, and run more consistent operations at scale. WorkJam integrates directly with existing WFM, HRIS, and LMS platforms via open APIs and pre-built connectors. It offers flexible deployment options, running natively on iOS and Android, web browsers, shared devices or kiosks, and embedded directly within Microsoft Teams. Core Platform Modules • Task Management: A centralized system for deploying, assigning, and verifying frontline tasks. Managers can require real-time proof of completion via photo, video, or digital sign-offs to standardize execution across locations. • Communications: A targeted digital workspace offering channels, secure 1-to-1 messaging, and live streaming. A proprietary Target Audience engine ensures updates reach specific employees based on dynamic attributes like role, location, or shift status. • Scheduling & Labor Orchestration: Employee self-service tools for managing availability, shift swaps, and time-off requests. Includes an Open Shift Marketplace where workers can bid on available shifts based on their specific qualifications. • Learning: Delivers SCORM-compliant microlearning, assessments, and role-based training directly to mobile devices. Completing certifications can automatically unlock eligibility for picking up new shifts. • Surveys & Feedback: Captures employee sentiment, operational feedback, and mandatory policy attestations. Surveys can be gated by shift or IP/geofencing to ensure compliance. • AI Agent: An embedded, conversational assistant providing 24/7 answers to HR questions, policy lookups, and step-by-step task guidance. The AI agent respects shift-fencing, ensuring compliance by restricting off-clock interactions. Proven Business Impact A 2023 study by Forrester Consulting evaluated WorkJam's financial impact, finding that organizations deploying the platform achieved a 410% ROI and a payback period of less than six months. WorkJam is trusted to power frontline operations for global enterprise brands including Ulta Beauty and JCPenney. ## WorkJam Reviews
 ### 1. WorkJam Improved Corporate/Field Communication, but has not been a One Stop Shop for us

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about WorkJam?**

I like WorkJam the most as a communication & channel/messaging platform - it's a great way for us to communicate with stores, create test group channels, also set-up daily/weekly tasks and surveys for the stores.

**What do you dislike about WorkJam?**

I think compared to other platforms and systems that we work with, the WorkJam onboarding and platform was and has been a lot more manual work for us with less help from the WorkJam team when there are issues. I also think the overall integration/interface was tough for the team to learn and get used to, but we've been able to manage the change management. I think the capabilities are nice, but there is a lot of manual work on our end to manage this that I wish was more automated. Lastly, i do think we thought that WorkJam would be a "one stop shop" for all things field, but instead, the main place that this has helped us is in communication/channels/messaging.

**What problems is WorkJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkJam has helped us solve communication consolidation and also quick urgent communication, which has been helpful!

 ### 2. Centralizes Communication Efficiently, Needs Messaging Enhancements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff K. | Communications Specialist III, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about WorkJam?**

I like that WorkJam serves as our main communication and task platform, offering one central location for all communications, corporate documents, and task accountability. I appreciate the ease of use, as it's very accessible for end users, and the UI is constantly improving to ensure a modern, user-friendly experience. The support offered by WorkJam is also commendable. Whenever we have issues, our Customer Success Manager and the WorkJam Support Desk are quick to respond and resolve our issues. As an end user, the initial launch of WorkJam was fairly flawless.

**What do you dislike about WorkJam?**

The messaging function lacks some features other platforms have, like direct quotes and '@' users. The knowledge base doesn't have the best search functionality. Reporting is slow, and exports are bulky and messy.

**What problems is WorkJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use WorkJam as a one-stop shop for communications, corporate documents, and task accountability, streamlining everything in one central location.

 ### 3. The Secret to Happy Teams? WorkJam!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angel W. | Manager of People Journey & Experience, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about WorkJam?**

The best thing about WorkJam is how it feels designed for the person actually using it. It's like having your whole workday in your pocket, which is amazing. I no longer have to jump between different apps for my schedule, tasks, or updates. The absolute game-changer, though, is the channels feature. It has completely transformed how our departments connect and talk with their teams.

**What do you dislike about WorkJam?**

While the app excels at daily communication and engagement, I believe a few key enhancements could elevate it to a whole new level, especially for those of us managing the content. My wishlist for future updates would include:
- Better Organizational Tools: The ability to create folders and more effectively organize surveys and target audiences would make content management much more streamlined.
- A More Robust Calendar: The calendar would be far more powerful if users could RSVP directly to events and if we could include a specific location for each entry.
- An Administrator 'View As' Feature: Being able to log in as a Team Member to see their perspective would be invaluable for troubleshooting and ensuring a consistent user experience.

**What problems is WorkJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While many platforms promise to streamline operations, WorkJam's greatest achievement is solving a far more critical problem: the lack of Team Member engagement. Since launching WorkJam, the change has been undeniable. We have witnessed a significant and visible increase in engagement across the board. The platform has provided a much-needed digital hub where our teams can finally connect, breaking down the silos that once kept them apart. Most impressively, we're seeing teams become far more collaborative and celebratory. They are actively using the channels to work together, solve problems, and, just as importantly, to celebrate each other's successes. Before, engagement was a top-down initiative; now, it’s a living, breathing part of our daily workflow, bubbling up from the ground up.

 ### 4. Simple, Intuitive, and Easy to Learn

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gregoria G. | Field Readiness Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about WorkJam?**

Ease of use: It’s very simple and intuitive, and it requires little training to learn.

**What do you dislike about WorkJam?**

I dislike that some features are only available in specific modules and aren’t leveraged across the platform as standard functionality. For example, Target Audience for post (new feature) is limited to certain areas, and even Channel reply or @mentions aren’t available in Chat.

**What problems is WorkJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Defining the target audience for a post is a huge problem they’re solving. I felt heard, and the issue resonated with several other customers as well. This will help us continue growing Workjam as our communication platform and separate our communication from email.

 ### 5. One-stop shop for employee communications

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristal L. | Internal Communications Supervisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about WorkJam?**

WorkJam was reasonable to implement and is easy to use, and offers a number of modules that can be customized to the individual company. In our case, we use almost every module offered; WorkJam has made great strides in the past few years to make sure that the modules "talk" to each other effortlessly to provide a seamless experience for the end user. In addition, their customer support is truly top-notch - when we have an issue, we know exactly who to ask, and if they can't solve it right away, they put us in touch with the people who can as quickly as possible. We haven't had that experience with other vendors, and it's appreciated. Most of our users log into WorkJam at least once a day and are able to connect with our internal communication messaging very quickly.

**What do you dislike about WorkJam?**

The one module that isn't offered in an easy-to-use format is an in-app scheduler. There is one present, but it's clunky for our business use case (it seems like it is designed for a different use case and may do very well for traditional retail). Integration with UKG was a little rocky at first, but has smoothed out significantly since we began implementation.

**What problems is WorkJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We initially implemented WorkJam as a solution for pandemic-era messaging difficulties, but in the years since the pandemic, we have found that it has also been able to replace our aging and out-of-date intranet, provide communication methods for intra-store and inter-store interaction, and create task management systems we did not have previously.

 ### 6. Great to use for work information, and Colleague Advice

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail

**What do you like best about WorkJam?**

To assist you with on how to preform different work duties, help with certain work practices, new information about products.

**What do you dislike about WorkJam?**

I'm really not too sure yet as workjam is so helpful.

**What problems is WorkJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How to do different things on POS for example, if eftpos machine fails, other employees give their ideas or correct instructions to fix. I like how other employees can give their advice on different tactics on how to help a customer.

 ### 7. Why didnt my last job have this?

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcus D. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about WorkJam?**

This makes my day so much easier! I feel like I know what I am supposed to be doing, when I am working and what is expected. Honestly, it makes my manager way less "annoyed", as I dont bug her all the time. I feel like I am getting more shifts, cause I know what to do.
Super easy to do the cleaning tasks, super simple to message my manager and super clear on what is coming up from Corporate.

**What do you dislike about WorkJam?**

WorkJam is cool AF, no issues from me. I hope my company keeps adding things into the Jam.

**What problems is WorkJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Super easy to learn about new products, to hear about the sales that my RM wants us to focus on, etc.

 ### 8. Truly makes my life easier in the store.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Supermarkets | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2024

**What do you like best about WorkJam?**

WorkJam is like having an extra assistant manager in my pocket. From the moment I open up the app in the morning, I can see exactly what needs to get done—tasks are organized, prioritized, and easy to assign. I don’t have to chase down employees to explain what to do or when. It’s all right there in the app, with steps, due dates, and even pictures or videos if needed.

The Channels and Messaging features are game-changers. Instead of group texts or sticky notes, I can send real-time updates, shout-outs, and even schedule reminders. Communication across shifts used to be a nightmare—now it’s smooth and trackable. If something goes wrong on the closing shift, I know before I walk into the store the next morning. the way WorkJam makes it easier to do most of my work in one place. Super easy to communicate with my managers and HQ. All my tasks and audit are in one place, which saves a lot of back office time.

**What do you dislike about WorkJam?**

Wish weHonestly, there’s not much to dislike. If I had one request, it would be for even more visibility into cross-store performance—I'd love to benchmark my store’s execution against others in the region. But that's a wish-list item, not a complaint.could do all our trainings in WorkJam. These are company decisions though, not WorkJam limits. I have a friend that works at Ulta and they do all these things with their WorkJam.

**What problems is WorkJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If I had one request, it would be for even more visibility into cross-store performance—I'd love to benchmark my store’s execution against others in the region. ### 9. Game changer for daily operations!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about WorkJam?**

As a store manager, WorkJam has been an absolute game-changer for how I run my location. The platform gives me a single place to manage, tasks, training, and team communications. I especially appreciate the task management tools, which let me assign and track task progress with complete transparency. The My Day and My Tasks views help my team prioritize and execute their responsibilities clearly and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about WorkJam?**

I wish my boss would schedules in the system. I have a friend that manages a TJMax and they have their schedules in WorkJam.

**What problems is WorkJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before WorkJam, I was using a mess of apps, emails, and spreadsheets. Now everything is in one place. We’ve streamlined task execution, improved communication across shifts, and dramatically cut down on the time I spend chasing updates or manually approving changes. My team feels more in control of their schedules and responsibilities, which has boosted both accountability and engagement.

Also, the survey tool gives me real-time feedback from my team, which helps me act on their needs faster and support them.

 ### 10. Easy to use

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about WorkJam?**

Easy to clock in and out. I love the schedule it provides.

**What do you dislike about WorkJam?**

The tasks won't complete when I'm off the clock and I forget to do it before I clock out daily

**What problems is WorkJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Let's me know my schedule and I like that it let's me see the areas I need training videos done

 ### 11. WorkJam streamlined our communication and store execution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about WorkJam?**

What we liked best about WorkJam was how easy it was to roll out across our store teams, the implementation was smooth, and the teams picked it up quickly, allowing us to see value from the platform soon after launch

**What do you dislike about WorkJam?**

With so many valuable features available in WorkJam, we found it most effective to take a phased approach to rollout. While this meant we didn’t activate everything at once, it gave our teams time to get comfortable and allowed us to build a strong foundation before expanding to additional capabilities.

**What problems is WorkJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By centralizing communication and training, WorkJam has enabled us to drive operational consistency across locations. We're seeing stronger service standards and a more empowered frontline workforce, with real-time access to information and training that directly impacts performance

 ### 12. Great vehicle for communication between the field at the support center

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa L. | Senior Manager Field Communications, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2025

**What do you like best about WorkJam?**

WorkJam is very easy for new users to understand and navigate. The platform is intuitive and engaging and offers great alternatives for training and surveys. Their customer service is also exceptional.

**What do you dislike about WorkJam?**

We currently do not use all of the communications features WorkJam has to offer as we use the platform more for tasking. They have some great task features on their roadmap, though!

**What problems is WorkJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before WorkJam, we did not have visibility as to which of our locations were completing tasks, and when the task was complete. All communications were sent via email, which was cumbersome for the Support Cetner and Field alike. Now, store teams can view information from their own device, if they so choose, and can see which tasks they need to complete.

 ### 13. Operating System for my People

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about WorkJam?**

From my perspective, the most significant advantage of WorkJam is its effectiveness as a unified platform for frontline employee engagement and operations. It has been instrumental in creating a more connected and efficient workforce. The platform's ability to seamlessly integrate scheduling, communications, and training into a single application is a major upside. It eliminates the fragmentation that often plagues large organizations and ensures our employees have all the necessary tools at their fingertips. Most helpful is the real-time communication and shift management functionality. These features not only empower employees with greater flexibility and control over their work-life balance but also enhance our operational agility by ensuring we can quickly adapt to staffing needs. Ultimately, WorkJam has proven to be a valuable asset in driving productivity and fostering a more informed, empowered, and cohesive team.

**What do you dislike about WorkJam?**

I genuinely don't have any issues with the platform. My experience has been entirely positive. From the very beginning, WorkJam has been intuitive and easy to use. The platform's design is clean, making it simple to find what I need, whether it's my schedule, team messages, or training modules. It has completely eliminated the issue of fragmented communication, ensuring I'm always up-to-date with company news and team updates without having to search through multiple channels. The platform has also given me unprecedented control over my work-life balance through its flexible scheduling tools, allowing me to easily swap shifts and manage my time more effectively. Furthermore, it has streamlined professional development by making training materials and learning modules easily accessible, which helps me continuously improve my skills. Ultimately, WorkJam has transformed my work experience from one that was often disconnected and rigid to one that is now seamless, flexible, and highly engaging.

**Reviewed by:** Alyssia V. | Communications Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2025

**What do you like best about WorkJam?**

WorkJam has revolutionised how Priceline Pharmacy connects with its 8,000+ team members. The platform empowers Support Office to assign tasks, track store-level completion in real time, and equip leaders with downloadable reports to monitor progress and drive accountability. This has eliminated 200,000+ emails and enabled consistent, timely communication—replacing manual cascades with instant access to training, execution guides, and compliance checks. Whether it’s launching new formats, executing viral campaigns, or celebrating teams through our recognition program Better Because of You, WorkJam keeps everyone aligned, engaged, and empowered—transforming our employee experience and setting a new benchmark for digital frontline excellence.

**What do you dislike about WorkJam?**

We don't have any dislikes. As we evolve our business we are always adding to our wishlist and requesting extra features from the WorkJam team, and they have been very accommodating listening and really understanding our requests, challenging our use cases, and working to deliver a solution. A recent example is their ability to add in the "task rejection feature" so we can provide real-time feedback to submitters, and not delay our regular task workforce planning.

**What problems is WorkJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkJam is centralising all our communications, training, tasks and learning providing visibility to all, rather than waiting for the cascading of information, which can be quite timely.

 ### 34. WorkJam is a real difference maker

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkJam?**

I like their task management, learning, and communication tools. When you have hundreds of field employees scattered about, it's sometimes hard to keep employees accountable. But by using WorkJam's task management, we can easily assign tasks and keep track of who completed what and when. It has completely streamlined our old paper/pencil task checklist system, and our employees like using it too. Plus, we're able to easily control which tasks the employees see and can drill down specifically by job function, which is nice.

From the learning standpoint, our company didn't have an LMS so we use WorkJam to deliver all of our employee training and orientations. While the big picture training items are important, WorkJam's ability to help us with little microlearning sessions has been so valuable. When a policy/procedure changes, we can just upload a quick video or PDF to explain what's going on and instantly hundreds of employees have access to it. That process would have taken weeks if not months for updates like that to permeate through our organization before.

The communication piece of WorkJam is also fantastic. I like how we can assign access by channel so employees only see the necessary information they're interested in and they're not inundated with content that's not important to them. There's no question our employees are more engaged today because of WorkJam and I feel like it has strengthened our company culture.

Additionally, the customer service we receive from WorkJam is outstanding. Whether it's tech support when there's a problem or a regular check-in with our account rep, you can always reach someone when you need them and they frequently reach out to you to make sure everything is going well.

**What do you dislike about WorkJam?**

I think sometimes our employees get frustrated that it lacks certain features they're familiar with on social media. For example, the ability to post multiple photos or to tag specific users in comments or posts. They're using this type of functionality on many other social platforms and don't understand why it can't function the same way.

The good news, though, is that WorkJam is constantly innovating and making enhancements to the product. Every quarter or so, new features and functionality come out and in most cases, we're able to utilize those new updates to make our experience better.

**Recommendations to others considering WorkJam:**

WorkJam can be a difference-maker, but you need to understand that it's a tool that is only as valuable as the people using it. Your team has to be committed to using it to push out tasks, training, and communications. It won't do that work for you, so it's a good idea to have someone on your team who oversees WorkJam and can stay on top of the leadership team to ensure it's being fully utilized.

**What problems is WorkJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, the biggest thing is frontline employee engagement. We launched in Feb 2020 right before COVID hit, and the way we were able to effectively communicate with our employees during that time was thanks mostly to WorkJam. That has carried on since then, and I believe our ability to communicate, train, and prioritize work through WorkJam has helped with employee morale, which aids in retention, and ultimately helps our end customer.

 ### 35. Mobile solution

**Reviewed Date:** September 13, 2021

**What do you like best about WorkJam?**

scheduling, communication, training and feedback is streamlined

 ### 36. One Stop Digital Workplace for Frontline Employees

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gerard T. | Head of Operations, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2021

**What do you like best about WorkJam?**

Workjam is a digital workplace for frontline employees. A one stop shop makes it easy for team members to check their roster, submit availability requests, get communications, trainings and complete surveys. Team members can also be assigned tasks which are linked to trainings, badges etc and complete to notify thier team and central support offices of what has been completed. Team members can utilise their phones which means everything they need to help their team and the customer is in their hand - no more searching through checklists, memos and training folders!

**What do you dislike about WorkJam?**

Workjam has changed the way we communicate to our frontline, and the immediacy that we can provide information, receive feedback and address issues has been so important to us as we navigated through the challenges that the pandemic provided us.

**What problems is WorkJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workjam has allowed us to move into a digital workplace putting access to all the information a team member requires in their hands. Information is now accessible to the employee when they require it and reduces the impact on customer experience from team members not knowing about promotions or being able to answer customer questions. It ahs improved communication between the office and frontline teams and allows for two way feedback across communications, trainings and any tasks that need to be completed at a store level.

 ### 37. Great application for keeping up with schedule

It helps to ensure proper employee engagement along with keeping all on schedule.

 ### 38. Used it for all our Design Projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacquelyn T. | Art Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2021

**What do you like best about WorkJam?**

Tried out WorkJam to manage our team while we have many projects going at once. Previously tried Asana, ClickUp, and Monday.com - but I found our less tech-savvy employees couldn't navigate the interfaces at times. This works much better!

**What do you dislike about WorkJam?**

The interface still could be cleaned up a bit more - but that is the issue with most apps likes this. I don't understand why they stuff them full of pop-ups and overwhelming features that distract from ya know...tasks at hand.

**Recommendations to others considering WorkJam:**

It is a very easy-to-learn tool for our non-tech-savvy employees. I was wasting a lot of time training employees on project management and time management apps when really these apps are supposed to alleviate work not add to it! I like this one much better!

**What problems is WorkJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing multiple tasks across many platforms and employees. Some who are used to project management apps some not. Some who need little babysitting to those who need their hand held.

 ### 39. Useful platform providing tools for peoples management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kunal J. | Senior Associate Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 24, 2021

**What do you like best about WorkJam?**

It is super easy to set up. Also helps to keep a check on various departments' tasks and is very convenient for sharing any information across departments. It also keeps a track on productivity by noting down the entry and exit time along with break times.

**What do you dislike about WorkJam?**

Navigation inside the app is quite difficult, has sometimes faced login issues, and also the app has seen to be crashing down once in a while. As the business is progressing in the virtual world, many more features can be added to enhance customer interaction.

**What problems is WorkJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are keeping track of the daily incoming, outgoing, and break times of our staff along with sharing information and announcements on daily basis. Based on which we compute productivity and try to enhance the employee relationship lifecycle.

 ### 40. Operational and administrative user of WorkJam

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben S. | Store Execution Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2021

**What do you like best about WorkJam?**

WorkJam has proven to be a one stop shop for our organisation to engage with our team members through communication channels, deliver compliance through the use of task manager and close the circle with the use of the workforce functionally with a vision to have one app for team members making their lives simpler and allowing them to focus on the customer

**What do you dislike about WorkJam?**

Functionality continues to improve within the platform allowing a very engaging platform. Roadmap improvements to the more social media type aspects are on the way which is fantastic.

**What problems is WorkJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Task management has helped our business to significantly improve compliance results across many areas of the business such as visual merchandising, ticketing set ups, legislative requirements as well as general set ups which need to be completed within stores. Additionally, task management is helping us to simplify and rationalise tasks across the business by moving them from a paper based task to a digital task allowing our auditors to review remotely using the reporting functionality which in turn has saved time and mitigated risk for the business. The ability to assign as task to a team member has meant our store teams are able to align workload to the workforce ensuring all tasks are able to be achieved on time. This functionality within the platform has supported improvement in compliance and engagement across our fleet of stores.

 ### 41. Very strong communication and task management tool.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John H. | Manager, North American Operational Excellence, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2021

**What do you like best about WorkJam?**

It is a very easy-to-learn tool for our frontline employees. Once task management is fully implemented in our company, we believe our task execution will work like a well oiled machine. The company is very receptive to feedback and happy to support.

**What do you dislike about WorkJam?**

Workjam sometimes feels like a program in technical development. Master Task list has very little organization for tasks so hard for admins to support (takes a while to find things).

**Recommendations to others considering WorkJam:**

Ensure your task management plan and communication plan is strong before implementing. Workjam is only a tool, for it to be effective, you need buy in from those who influence your frontline employees.

**What problems is WorkJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are trying to be more efficient in communicating to our frontline employees. We also like the fact that Workjam has a solid task tool within the product as well, which limits our employees having to switch apps. We were looking for an all in one frontline employee tool, and Workjam is the tool we found that checks the most boxes. The tool has helped us realize that employees enjoy being part of our corporate commiunity and sharing their work experiences with each other.

 ### 42. Communicate, Connect, and Collaborate WorkJam

**What do you dislike about WorkJam?**

There isn't anything I dislike about Workjam. I can't wait to see the future functionality of the tool and where it will go foe the employee enablement .

**What problems is WorkJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am seeing the ability for employees to manage their own schedules and provide feedback within the tools quickly and with ease. Being able to bring in data from other applications for one view is also very helpful for employees.

 ### 43. Nice scheduling system to manage productivity!!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mayuri G. | Purchasing Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2021

WorkJam helps to manages the employees the shift and work time according to the requirements. It gives the idea to the employees to know who they are working with. WorkJam also provides the news, upcoming events stories related to the organisation. Its mobile support is very nice.

**What do you dislike about WorkJam?**

WorkJam with lots of employees uses can make the organisation workflow affected in negative manner as it can reflect on the shrinkage of employees when the workload is higher.

**Recommendations to others considering WorkJam:**

If your organization have monopolies work then you should go for WorkFlow.

**What problems is WorkJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkJam keeps us connected even when you are anywhere around the world. It keeps the management of the work and employees very well so it requires less intervention from higher authorities. It's also beneficial to know event, news regarding the organisation.

**What do you dislike about WorkJam?**

WorkJam completes continuous updates on a monthly basis so it is always improving itself.

**What problems is WorkJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We found that our outdated method of communication being provided top down was no longer working. WorkJam gives us the ability to go directly to the source.

 ### 45. WorkJam is great for finally connecting with a frontline that is not deskbound.

**What do you dislike about WorkJam?**

Lots of features means lots of admin potential.

**What problems is WorkJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkJam has given us a secure method for communicating with the frontline teams. Before, people used open market apps or texting which is not ideal for conducting business. Also able to centralize task management for our store managers so they are not getting redundant requests across phone, email, etc.

 ### 49. Content with WorkJam

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Cosmetics | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2019

**What do you like best about WorkJam?**

I’ve never heard of WorkJam before starting my job with Ulta and now that I’ve used it for the past 7months, I love it! WorkJam keeps my up to date with the latest promos and news about the company which is great because I only work on the weekends and it helps me stay current. It also allows me to access my work schedule and messages from coworkers at anytime. The best thing about WorkJam is that I can see all of the upcoming training I need to complete to get better knowledge of new product coming to the store so I can help customers better.

**What do you dislike about WorkJam?**

The only downside of using WorkJam is that whenever there is a post about contest or important event, and stores from all over are responding to the thread, it spams up the feed and home page. I check WorkJan on a regular basis and there will be 600+ replies to a post from different stores. It’s hard to even read them all.

**What problems is WorkJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkJam has many benefits. It allows employees to view their schedule electronically and with ease. They can submit a shift trade or offer up their shift without calling everyone and seeing who can cover or trade with them. The app also allows you to send a quick message to anyone in the industry with questions and concerns which is great because it allows us to feel connected and important to management.

 ### 50. Nothing new to see here

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2019

**What do you like best about WorkJam?**

I like that WorkJam promotes a nice balance with work and outside work life . There is an option to have employees select shifts they would like to pick up and I feel like that would be a nice feature for someone wanting to earn some extra money but not wanting to be too overloaded.

**What do you dislike about WorkJam?**

What I didn't like is that WorkJam is similar to a lot of other scheduling software out there. The pop-ups for scheduling make it seem more clustery and not as clean as the other software that I have seen.

**What problems is WorkJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Picking up open shifts helps a lot of employees out but there might end up being gaps in coverage if we allow too many employees to use it.
