What do you like best about Zipline?

Having all HQ teams streamline their communication and tasks from HQ to field teams couldn't be easier with business partner publishing. This elivates workload from the Communications team and allows other HQ teams to be apart of impacting the store level. Having a "gatekeeper" to make sure that all communications and tasks flow seamlessly to the field is essential. Assessments and surveys allow us to take forms that HQ was making field teams and leaders complete in an EPR system and put them into Zipline. Setting and forgetting your reoccuring communications is top notch. Need the same loss prevention message to go out every Novemeber and December? You can do that in minutes for the next 5 years! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zipline?

Reporting can be tedious to pull, specifically Assessment reporting. You aren't able to generate all the reports that you would like to in the current environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zipline allows us to see which stores and store leaders are behind in the assigned tasks. This allows us to see where "people issues" are and to provide coaching to teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zipline?

I recently started using Zipline to streamline communication with our store employees, and I've been thoroughly impressed with its performance. This platform has been a game-changer for our team, making it incredibly easy to send messages, updates, and important information/data/news/reporting to all employees at once. The user-friendly interface and robust features have made our communication more efficient and effective. Zipline has definitely made our internal communication process seamless and hassle-free. I highly recommend this software to any retailer looking to simplify and improve their employee communications- even if you only have one store! Working with the Zipline team has been a fantastic experience. They are incredibly responsive to our needs and consistently deliver high-quality support. The team's attention to detail and dedication to providing a consistent user experience is truly impressive. It's clear that they are committed to continuously improving the product, and we have been thrilled with the new features that have been rolled out. I am a raving fan. What do you dislike about Zipline?

What's not to love? Like every product on the market, there are going to be particular quirky things that don't always comport with your organization's needs. But honestly, that's an "us" problem, and they STILL try to help us solve those puzzles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?

Streamlining process. Simplifying communications. Supporting cross-functional partners in messaging stores. Keeping field activity on track. Measuring work. Having fun. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zipline?

Zipline is an incredible tool to keep teams aligned across retail organizations from HQ to Retail. The platform is simple to use and helps keep everything in one place, giving teams a singular source of truth. Alongside an exceptional product, the team working for Zipline is supportive, receptive, and so insightful - looking to help you and your teams succeed. I joined my org when Zipline was already implemented for the stores' use, and I had little to no issues in learning the ins and outs of the platform.

Our retail teams use Zipline for reviewing policies and procedures, getting important updates that may impact store operations, and helping provide structure to their day through the use of tasks and day sheets. Things are less likely to go missed as we can have store leaders hold their teams accountable. Zipline also has, and frequently adds, amazing integration features with other business platforms that help keep everything in one place. Zipline helps employees at any level and any department feel aligned with company objectives and initiatives. It offers a space to engage, empower, and celebrate teams and their success. When our teams are engaged on Zipline, we see a positive correlation with their store performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zipline?

I have very little I dislike about zipline. In fact, I can't think of one thing I don't like about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?

We manage a fleet of stores across the country that have very specialized and specific regulations unique to their market. Zipline helps us keep things organized for teams, allowing us to manage access for important documents to stores by location, security level, and more. It provides a direct line from HQ to Retail, rather than waiting for the game of telephone to make it to the intended party. It also allows our stores to take planning into their own hands and helps upper level field management hold their teams accountable through task management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zipline?

Zipline has revolutionized the way Torrid communicates with Store Teams. As a previous Store Manager who participated in the adoption of Zipline from the store level first, it created a one stop location to find all relevant information. Between message ease and customized distro lists, to all areas of the resource library and surveys; we are able to implement new intiatives with ease. Zipline is also always available between our amazing Account Manager Adam, or Pink Bubble. Their constant support builds confidence to develop with their team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zipline?

There are always small tech issues with a tech brand, however any dislikes are purely technical glitches that are usually not long lasting. My only preference would be for Zipline to develop their own text box (formatter) so they can control updates in house. Small items like adding spacing or removing small formatting is due to third party issues, that Zipline is not able to adjust as quickly as all of their own products! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?

All areas of communication and compliance. It seamlessly connected HQ to our fleet of stores with a same common message, and bridged a gap of communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zipline?

Their unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and the user-friendly nature of their product have made a significant impact on our operations. By streamlining communications and centralizing resources, Retail Zipline has drastically reduced the time our team spends searching for information. This efficiency keeps our retail teams well-informed, aligned with our brand, and highly engaged. I wish I had this product when I was working in stores in the past. Other retailers should definitely consider adopting Retail Zipline to enhance productivity and teamwork. Highly recommended! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zipline?

Zipline sets the bar for customer support! I have high expectations with our other vendors and am usually dissapointed when I compare them to the high touch support Zipline provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?

Retail Zipline has completely solved our resource library nightmare. Their easy-to-use search function guides associates to the most current version of documents effortlessly. As a publisher, the versioning feature makes updates seamless and ensures everyone has access to the latest information. This has significantly improved our workflow and resource management. What do you dislike about Zipline?

Product enhancements are global - no customer-specific development. While this increases overall product reliability, it reduces the speed at which my specific needs can be addressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Retail comms can review all comms for consistency, simplicity, and timing, so volume at the store level is minimized. The library allows us to ensure that content is the latest with no worries about version control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
